Had a short stay in Interlaken and then a 4 hour staybin Grindelwald. The cable car to the top is a must if you are going to stay in this town for more than 2 hours but you have to buy a ticket- you should also add the mountain kart activity with the package. The weather was great and I had a swiss cider to wrap it all up.

I think leaving tourists in Grindewald for nearly 4 hours is absolutely ridiculous and the cable car was not working so you could not even kill time by using it. Not a lot to do at all. I would much have preferred to pay half the price and get a train to Interlaken and popped to Grondewald in time which suited. They really push the more expensive trip which is over £150 more per person so it's either ha g around grindewald or oh the extra.... won't use this again. Do not Reccomend. Also some of the tourists did not catch the train back on time which meant we were delayed coming home. Not happy.
