内容介绍
参观帕尔马干酪和火腿工厂，了解一些意大利特色菜的秘密。从帕尔马方便的接送点出发，享受与接送的无忧访问。
游览按照预定时间开始。听当地导游介绍 Parmigiano Reggiano 的历史，观看大师们的工作。
接着，参观奶酪最后生产阶段的调味室/储藏室。参观结束后，您可以品尝一下不同年份的 Parmigiano Reggiano，还可以逛逛现场商店，购买当地产品。
之后，前往帕尔马火腿 (Prosciutto di Parma Ham) 生产商。参观活动从简要介绍生产历史开始，随后参观加工鲜肉的“冷加工车间”。

Thanks to the strategic location of the Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana station, this tour is extremely convenient for those arriving from Milan or Florence: in less than an hour by train you can set off to discover the authentic flavors of Emilia, between Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma. Please note: the Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana station is not the central train station of Reggio Emilia. It is the High-Speed station, located outside the city, served exclusively by Frecciarossa and Italo trains. If you are arriving from Bologna, we recommend booking the tour with departure time from Parma (8:30 and 10:00 AM) which is easier to reach. Our Van wait at the parking area in front of the main entrance. After max 10 minutes passed the scheduled time for pick up the vehicle will leave for its destination.
