内容介绍
课程开始时，我们将在里士满桥附近的河岸上进行安全讲解和陆上训练。这通常需要 15-20 分钟，具体时间取决于团队人数。
然后，我们将驶入河中，视潮汐而定，或逆流而上，前往鳗鱼派岛和泰丁顿，或顺流而下，前往里士满水闸、伊斯尔沃思、邱园和奇斯威克。
实际航行距离取决于当天的风力和潮汐状况。
您不需要精通游泳，但应该能够适应在佩戴浮力辅助工具的情况下落入水中。
学习划桨板需要一定的灵活性和从跪姿站立的能力。
