Unfortunately didn’t get to spend enough time in the wonderful gardens and surrounding area as was here for work but still enjoyed the gorgeous garden views and the birds. “It was clean and accessible. No street noise or guest noise. Walkable to the train station. Comfortable bed. Very basic breakfast and basic tea & coffee. No local eateries except for poor takeaways. Staff not particularly friendly. ”

“Great food and if you're staying they reserve a table for you in case you want to eat dinner there. Huge home cooked portions. There's nothing in the immediate vicinity so if you want quiet you'll find it, but Ledbury is a close drive away if you want small town local shops. I would stay again. ”

“The Priory was a delightful find situated in the Herefordshire countryside about 4 miles from Hereford. We stayed in one of the self-contained apartments which was both comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions we had pre-arrival including a recommendation for an evening meal at the Bell Inn in Tillington. ”

“Small beautifully restored country house hotel. Used as a wedding venue, but they don’t let that get on the way as they prefer for it. Stay and staff were fantastic. Evening food options are limited but plenty of variety available with 5-10 min drive. ”
