“Disappointing service with the club house staff basically non-existent. They forgot my order 3 times and when we asked if it could be put to the front of the queue they said no So I didn't eat. Signage is terrible and if it's your first time there, you're going to get lost and its going to be frustrating. Rooms however are clean and comfortable. “Helpful friendly service, although this property is probably quite old maybe 20yrs old it has been maintained very well, linen of a high standard and comfortable tv dst channels work well and free wi-fi works well. Would recommend for a family holiday.”

“Very special place had our sister inlaw with us, who is from one of the local hotels, she was very impressed Met Abby the graffiti what an amazing experience. Low shedding happened every couple of hours wich i thought would impact our stay, but wasn't an issue. Loved and would go back if we ever come back to East London. You wont be sorry”

“The villa is comfortable and lovely. Only issue is that there is no wifi at the property so when spending a few days it does become a problem to not have WIFI or good cell phone network coverage.”

“Wonderful and place in a wonderful area. The staff is very kind and efficient. To be completely honest is nice but not at the level of a 5-starts structure European style. Exspecially the food needs to be improved to define it as a real food experience both in the quality and in the presentation.”
