“服務是很一流，從前台，Housekeeping到早餐待應們，大致都很有禮貌及貼心。唯設施比較舊。比如洗手間，我們自行更換上旅遊專用的過濾花酒頭，第一天洗澡後瀘水芯已由白色轉為中啡色，住宿五晚後，一個新的瀘芯已變為深啡色了，要報銷。這個不知道是新加坡水質問題，還是酒店水管太舊的原因。另外床墊實在太高太軟，長者上下床的確有危機，太軟的床墊引起旅行期間腰痛的情況。”
