Excellent hotel! The service, food, and drinks were all above expectations. The pool and amenities were fantastic, and breakfast was delicious. We were able to check in early and check out late, which made our stay even more convenient, and we were able to enjoy the amenities in between. Everything was clean and felt very safe, with amazing views. I can’t wait to stay here again!

It is just a short walk to the MRT Promenade Station, and tourist attractions are within a 15-minute walk; convenience stores and shopping malls are also right nearby. Booking a ride via Grab is convenient, too. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. Overall, it is incredibly convenient.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Its a vew minutes walk away from Marina Bay with an MRT station about 10mins walk away. The room was beautiful but I found the layout could have been better as the beds were right next to the door - you could hear people outside. We had a great view and the bay. We booked a club room and made use of the club lounge where it fit with our schedule. The club team were great. The only issue I found was if you book a club room, the breakfast is only included from the club lounge and you couldn't experience the full variety available unless you paid for the breakfast from main the restaurant as standard with the option of dining at the club lounge being a perk. I think that should be made clear when booking as this has not been the case with other Ritz-Carltons we've stayed at. So the variety for breakfast was limited for us.
