Very close proximity to the Aachen HBF train station,hence that's why i choose this hotel.Check in was fast and efficient.Rooms look bigger on the website,but once i opened the door,i was disappointed at how narrow the beds were,space between the beds,was minimal,pillow was inadequate so had to put a rolled towel under it.Biggest surprise was the bathroom,my only description of it would be microscopic.I stayed for that kind of money in bigger rooms,so no i wouldn't recommend.

The room was not really that clean. The walls and the floor were dirty, there was a mold smell all around the room and specially in the bathroom. You could also see signs of humidity at several spots in the room. During a 2 night stay, housekeeping only emptied the bathroom trash bin. Personally I would not recommend it of you are not in urgent need...

Simple clean hotel, good value.
Very well priced, close to train station and not far from city center. Comfy bed and clean simple rooms. I wish there would have been a kettle but for the price it was a very good choice.

The Bestprice Hotel Aachen is conveniently located close to the train station (3 minutes walk) and also a short walk from the centre of the old town and Cathedral. The rooms are clean and have basic appointments, but there is no fridge or coffee facilities in the room and only a coin operated coffee machine in the hotel lobby. The bathroom was quite small. The front desk only operates between 4:00 pm and 10:00pm - so arriving early means waiting for check-in or even to leave a bag behind. The breakfast buffet (EUR 8 per day) is good with cereal, hard boiled eggs, fresh rolls, a range of meats and cheese and hot tea and coffee. While this hotel was the cheapest available to me at the time, it is not a low cost hotel - the nearby Ibis is of similar quality and much cheaper if rooms are available.

With heavy luggage it is a drag to walk from the train station and the worse is the entrance into the hotel. Three steep stairs and a heavy door to open. I won't do it a second time. With light luggage this problem doesn't exist.

wenn man nur eine unterkunft haben will,ist es ausreichend.unangenehm ist die verbindung zum hotel,da man minutenlang oder keine telefonische verbindung erreicht. im zimmer gab es keinen funktionierenden rauchmelder.trotz hinweis tat sich nichts.schlecht ist auch, dass man sich in der stadt ein frühstück suchen muss. ich würde es nicht mehr buchen.

Lohnt sich für ein paar Tage. Von daher zu empfeh.
Quartier ist in Ordnung für ein paar Nächte. Bad ist sehr klein mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Einchecken recht einfach. Wenig Lärm.

I really didn't like this hotel
The pictures made this hotel seem a lot better than it was. It is slightly cheaper than most of the nearby hotels, but it is most definitely worth spending 10-20 EUR more to stay at a proper hotel. Corridors look like in a prison, rooms are total el cheapo, bed very hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't able to fall asleep on it. Frankly the worst hotel I've stayed at for years. "Bp" stands for "best price," but quality-price ratio is not satisfactory.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zweckmäßig und einfach gehalten. Ähnlich einer Jugendherberge. Die Betten sind ok, für meinen Geschmack sind die Matratzen zu hart. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Viel zu eng und nicht sehr einladend. Sanitäre Ausstattung noch aus den 70er Jahren. Ganz schlimm ist der Gestank nach Zigaretten in den Zimmern. Wir haben erst einmal das Zimmer gewechselt, da dieser unerträglich war. Im nächsten war es nicht viel besser. So auch im Zimmer der Kinder. Da passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht!

2 Minuspunkte: Im Zimmer roch es sehr stark nach Rauch , zurzeit wird leider kein Frühstück angeboten. Alles andere war in Ordnung, schnelles unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-Out, zentral gelegen, Zimmer sauber.

Meget besværlig indtjekning. Bestllingsnummeret passede ikke og derfor umuligt at betjene sig selv. Der var dog support via telefon. Flere end 2 bøjler er ønskeligt. Ingen adgang til køleskab.

Das Hotel habe ich jetzt zum 3. Mal. Einfach aber zentral. Mit dem Automaten hat auch gut geklappt. Direkt am Bahnhof, aber ruhiger als in der Stadtmitte! Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sehr einfach gehalten, reicht aber für die 2 Nächte. Frühstück mache ich gerne in einem der Cafés. Parken ist immer Glücksache, da in ganz Aachen Anwohnerparken ist oder die halbe Stunde 1 €. Dann kann man über Nacht ins Parkhaus oder eben vor der Tür mit Risiko. Hat diesmal geklappt 😊 Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel
Das Zimmer und das Hotel sind vollkommen in Ordnung und sauber. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Für Rückfragen ist halt leider niemand da. Die Abwicklung macht ein Automat.
