It was musty smelling like old cigarette smoke. Pillows were uncomfortable. I walked out of a brewery a block down the street as i felt unsafe. No obvious dirt but felt dirty. Front desk staff was amazing, quick in and out. Water with heavy scent of chlorine, i would not drink it

Some items listed weren't there upon arrival. Our rooms were selected to sleep 5. I could have sworn it said there was a sofa pull out sleeper and there was nothing of the sorts, just 2 queen beds when we had 5 to sleep in each room! There was no bidets in the rooms. 1 rooms heater would only blow cold air and almost every outlet didnt work to charge things. 1 lamp wouldnt work either when there are only 2 to light the room to begin with. Upon checkout it was clear thus room was a continual complaint room and i was told i should of said something sooner and they could have moved us but no sorry or comp for anything. Our rooms were ajoined ones and there was no carper/padding where the two rooms met, and the beds only had 3 sheets on em no comforter which made for chill nights especially when the 1 heater wouldn't work.

Ashley, upon checkout you told our front desk about the heating and outlet issues. We had our maintenance check on the complaints immediately. The heater is operating correctly(hot and cold air) and there is a switch on the wall that turns on and off the power to some of the outlets. If you had brought these issues to our attention before your checkout date we would have been able to explain/fix the issues or move you to a different room. I will look into the third party that is saying we have bidets and pull out beds as we do not advertise these amenities. We encourage guests to bring any questions or concerns to the front desk so we can address them accordingly. I apologize for the confusion and hope you have a good day.

Nothing fancy, but its a clean and comfortable place to sleep for the night. Friendly staff, conveniently located, reasonable price. Will likely stay again if we make our way back through.

the room was pretty run down, the bathroom ceiling was caving in and looked awful. the plug outlet didnt work, had to get an extension cord from office. sketchy ppl hanging around outside the rooms. found bed bugs.

The staff was good especially during checkout. The unit needs upgrade - the bathroom door needs to be replaced, there are cracks on walls and ceiling, and the bathroom didn’t work. Someone needs to inspect each room and repair or replace things that are not working.

Sorry about the tv issues... Our cable company was closed when we tried to call. They came out the next day and promptly fixed the outages.

I tried to add a day and the front desk clerk simply could not understand what I was explaining to her. When I checked in my tv would not work and it took a day to be fixed, The walls are poorly repaired where people damaged them The front door leaked so the heater never turned off. Overall it seemed it never received deep cleaning .. I am surprised that Travelodge does not have higher expectations of where they hang their sign.. I also booked a room for my helper and he had to switch rooms due to the refrigerator missing and coffee maker.. They were willing to find a coffee maker but not a fridge. We were in town for a week doing a job as I am a contractor and we had rooms side by side where we could back the trucks up together and be able to pay attention to them and not have them too far from the room. A lot of undesirable people standing around here and there and the Lady next door was constantly outside my door smoking and talking.. Just an overall poorly maintained and poorly operated hotel and the rates are higher than the nicer places nearby , would sleep in my truck in the freezing weather before staying in that dump again..

As we don't allow smoking in our rooms our guests are asked to smoke outside instead. We deep clean each and every room after a guest checks out.Sorry you had some difficulties.

The room was small but clean. It is a bit in need of improvement. The door to the bathroom had been repaired but you could still see where it had been splintered and someone had punched a hole. The staff were kind and personable.

For an overnight stay it was an ok place. It has improvement potential and the guest rooms need some love and updating - mostly the bathroom(s).
