Great Stay
The hotel has lots of rooms and in near the city center ofnthe city. Also at has a coffee shop and a restaurant near it. The hotel is not new but it is renovated. I have satyed in suite which has a living and bed room

While the staff was courteous at first, that quickly changed when I tried to bring a female to my room. DO NOT BRING GIRLFRIEND to this country or any female for that matter that is not your wife. "Hotel policy" was quoted but when shown, it did not say could not bring woman into room. It just said anything illegal according to KSA law. Front desk attendant called my guest a thing/item. Very disrespectful IMO.

Nice place, but needs a shower curtain
Was really nice, friendly staff, but there was no shower curtain, so water went everywhere when we showered! Very accommodating to a baby and very friendly staff

Excellent affordable choice. Staff are super helpful and friendly . Room is spacious with kitchenette and basic amenities. Location is perfect , furniture is clean and seemed new. Room service from cafe ( for coffee, tea and light snacks ) is fine. Toilets are the only part that needs some improvement . No shower curtains. Towels are not always super fresh, hot water was an issue first day we were there.

Ok Place to stay but you will miss on the views
The hotel is clean, but lacks windows is some of the rooms. The bathroom shower did not have curtains or doors so it is a mess when you take a shower. The room is a good size and has a nice kitchen.

Upper floors
Boudl suites are distinctive in Abha, very large and the furniture is great and beautiful, but the bathroom was not good and very small, and the shower place was narrow and exposed.

Excellent, clean place to stay
Excellent Hotel. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is very nice inside and the rooms are very big. Everything is clean and tidy and the daily cleaning service is excellent. Easy access to the main roads and lots of parking. Ignore the outside of the building. Inside it is really nice.

Good stay, not no curtain for shower
Great for families with a sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom. The bathroom has no curtain for the shower so water just goes everywhere. But overall a good stay.

I was given a room in the middle of a mall . Loud noise of a mashine sounded like a drill prevented me from sleeping antill about midnight.

Not so good stay
Boil disbelief really expensive compare to what you see inside. The studios are large and have seating area and bed room. The problem with staff and cleaness. The pillows were so smell bad. The bathroom is really not good. No pressure Shower water. And the sofa were so dirty. I would recommend to do innovationas all the Furneture’s so old and not up to the amount you pay.

As usual, everything smooth. Even received a call from the hotel asking me arrival time in order to have room ready before arrival. Friendly staff

Convenient but Service is bad
Stay for business and got a long response from reservations and front office. Been passed to many emails and and was quite annoying that after having 5 emails, they give the correct one. Not so friendly customer service.

The cleanness was bad, maintenance activities started beside my room with high disturbing noise, the bathroom and the living room need to be maintained or renews totally, even the telephone set was broken, the sofa was tearred somewhere, the internet speed was very bad. The restaurant very bad

this is worst hotel i stayed in years. there is no towel in the room or bathroom! the phone is not working and no way to contact reception other than go outside to reception. no restaurant in the hotel. bathroom is dirty. no wifi reception in the bedroom and no mobile phone reception in the room i stayed. no TV in the bed room!! basically i don't have TV and or internet in the bedroom!! amount i paid for the hotel is very high and unbelievable for quality of the hotel.

Comfortable but very basic.
The rooms are apartments with a small kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious, but other than that, the place is very basic. It only has a very small coffee shop with some snacks, but for lunch or dinner, you have to go out and there is nothing walking distance other than a Herfy (hamburgers) and a schwarma place.

worst place you may stay in , furniture is very old and in a very bad condition , you can see the cotton came out from the living sofa , bathroom is nightmare , bathroom stuff ( shampoo , shower gel ) very bad quality and seems it is filled manually , only one towel ,in foot shower tube you can see black stain, no restaurant only small cafe with limited menu and expensive , no restaurants around only Herfy , over all bad experience and does not deserve money , my advice to hotel.com to remove this hotel from their hotel list
