They are rude and dont care. I have asked for soap 4 times and never got it. No maid service when I requested it and speakers in Tv are busted. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in

On the way to and from destination. Would have canceled but not in time. No hot water. Poor security. The back door propted open at all times. Able to enter and exit at all hours. Limited "breakfast". Over charged on 1st stay going.

made a lot upgrades, the past reviews can honestly disregarded. check in was fast and smooth, beds were very comfortable, TVs are large and very up to date, all rooms have mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot.

Had to stay in a room due to plumbing at our house. Checked in they didn't ask for a driver license, I thought that was odd. We booked a non smoking room, when called front desk to ask if room we got was non smoking they said we did. Clearly people smoking on that floor. Sheets & pillows had stains, need to be thrown away...i brought my own blanket & pillow regardless. Saw a couple of roaches..You get what you pay for

Was quiet, safe. Dog friendly. Decent and clean enough. Property had wear but overall a very good deal. Sheets and towels were clean and comfy. Quiet southside place to stay, and not far from Camp Barkley for our dog to get her wiggles out. Breakfast was good. Waffles are always fun!

Dirty room. Constant commotion and questionable activities happening outside my door. Girlfriend refuse to even sit on the bed or stay at all. Room was not worth the stay at all. Left an hour after booking

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We didn't have hand towels or washcloths until later in the day. There was no hair dryer in the room. The one lamp by the nightstand was broken with no bulb. The connecting door would not lock. The ice machine was broken the entire time we were there. There was no diet coke or pepsi in the vending machines. There was no diabetic food available in the morning. Only waffles, dry cereal, and instant oatmeal. We will probably stay somewhere else next time we are in Abilene.

Good price for a 2 star hotel
Lobby and hallways smell like smoke. Several men hanging around outside in a darker area of parking lot...around 11p and 30 degrees outside, front desk said it was normal. No smoke detector in room Walls are thin. Bed was good enough comfortable Juice, coffee, cereal, fresh fruit in am Good towels Sheets could be better Didnt see any bugs Lots of hot water Micro, fridge, tv with HBO in room Cant beat the price

Hotel was filthy, back door does not lock, many "shady characters hanging around back door, trash everywhere , I got in real late otherwise I would never have stayed here. did not feel safe, room was filthy and stunk.

Dirty, run down, infested, dank. The bedding was very clean or I would have found another place to stay. The staff seemednto be trying but I don't think there was enough staff to handle the place. I couldn't get the tv to work even after finding the remote.... which was under one of the beds. There was a lot of built up filth under and behind furniture. Cheap shower curtains encouraged more moisture into already rotting and infested baseboards in the bathroom. I stayed two nights, had other friends staying in the same hotel at the time and leaving for better accommodations really wasn't feasible.

This hotel smelled so bad. The halls smelled bad and the room was even worse. Stains on the carpet, stains on the towel. No lock on the door. It was AWFUL. I actually walked out and went and stayed somewhere else as I feared for my life.
