The hotel is modern and beautiful. I liked the idea of having green apples in the room, and the brand of the tea you are using was fab. Thank you very much.
The staff are approachable and always smiling. They all appeared to have good customer care. I can't fault them; even their cleaners are pleasant.
I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to your hotel.

It was easy to find this hotel from Centraal Station, less than 5 minutes walk. I found the staff friendly and welcoming with check in smooth and efficient. I stayed in the Candy Room which was small but comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. If you don't like stairs don't choose this room as there is a fairly steep flight of stairs up to it. The advantage being there is only one room at the top so it is very quiet and has it's own en suite. Breakfast was buffet style and the usual selection of pastries, cereals, yogurt, eggs and meats, coffee, tea and fruit juice. I liked the quirky decor and feel of this hotel which was relaxed and friendly and would certainly stay there again.

The room was amazing, very spacious and clean. It was also in a good area, near lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Hope to come back here soon!

"The property did not have an iron and ironing board, no wash/face cloths, no cabinets for storage of clothes. The closet did not exist, it was simply a rod with 4 hangars in the open room. The carpet also had a very large dark stain."
