Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. Thank you so much for our weekend get away! Hope to be back soon.

The home is more than the pictures. It’s quiet, comfortable, clean, literally felt like home. Yard was great for the kids. Covered parking was a plus. Great Mexican restaurant within short walking distance

We had 6 adults staying for 2 nights and found The Farmhouse to be very comfortable and a relaxing setting with a lake view and only about 100 yds from the water. The host was very responsive to inquiries.

We was there fishing and it was great to have a ramp across the street from the house . It was also nice just to walk of to the Mexican restaurant and bar. Food and drinks where very good. Parking was a little tight with two trucks and a boat but they all fit in the driveway and was able to charge the boat . Great place to stay

Quiet cottage
Nice older neighborhood. Quiet and friendly people. We did find out you can fish at Red Arrow Marina (5 min.Walk) for $5/day/person. Met Juan of Juan's Mexican Rest. Very helpful and Great food.

We enjoyed our stay n hope to stay there again.
Easy access, very clean. Easy access to the kitchen. I have disability n that shower was great for me to take showers. I'm thinking about getting one here at home . Since I really can't stand. I just took my wheel chair n and take a shower. I'd recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a great place to rent.

Baker Electric - Our 4th or 5th stay
We are an Electrical contracting company staying at this house as we work on a Grand Lake new build home. We are EXTREMELY happy, as this is our 4th time to book this home. The host is very accommodating, it would be tough to find a nicer person.

We LOVE this rental and plan to use it more in the future.
Our 3rd time renting for business, as our company is working on a nearby new build. We plan to rent this home as it is available until the build is complete and also look forward to renting it again for a summer vacay. The host is wonderful and the lake house is very comfortable.

Fantastic House on the Lake!
This was a perfect place to stay at the lake. The location was wonderful as it has a great view of the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with more than what you need so we didn't have to think about a thing. We loved everything about it.

Grand lake getaway
Perfect place for a weekend lake getaway for my wife and I. Very clean, updated interior with lake view. Our favorite time was morning coffee on the front porch looking out on the lake. We will definitely come back.

This house was cozy and had an abundance of aminities. We loved the lake view, which we could enjoy from the couch with hot coffee & tea. We also walked to the lake for a "treasure" hunt with the kids. There is a restaurant & cantina about a block away. I would recommend this "little three bedroom getaway" to an individual, couple or family. The property owner was very accommodating. Check in & out was easy. Owner even checked to see if we needed anything.

My time in the farmhouse was absolutely wonderful! It is so comfortable and the sunrise was breathtaking over the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. The owners were so kind and easy to talk to and very helpful about learning the area. I would rate this place a 10!

Cute but needs improvement
I'll start by saying the house is adorable. Location and view were great. Even we needed to extend our stay the owner was happy to let us. My complaints are as follows, no coffee pot, no big deal for me but the rest of the family needs their coffee. No TV or internet. It wasn't going to be installed until after our stay but we were distributed by the company coming to check things out although we were informed that we wouldn't be. The shower is handicap accessible but not too well thought out. The shower got water everywhere whenever it was used. Couldn't get the stove to ignite until the neighbors showed us how to use it. There is no outside garbage to use after emptying the house garbage. Had to take it to the gas station to dispose off it. Didn't do it because I felt extremely uncomfortable doing that. The back bedroom had no heat and the windows let cold air in. Only 2 beds, a queen and a full. There was a twin but it wasn't set up. If our whole family had been there at the same time there wouldn't have been enough for all to sleep on. (2 of us were in the hospital during our stay) There's more but I'm not going to go on. I feel like the owner should have waited longer to start renting it out after just buying it. Plus put a little more thought into what people would like.

I'm extremely sorry that your stay wasn't as pleasant as expected. Like I stated in our messages and on our property link. We just started this business, and did not advertise Internet or list a coffee pot in the amenities. We also offered to bring a coffee pot down, pick up trash, and informed you that the internet company would be doing a signal test, but wouldn't need in the house. We are definitely learning as we go and will do our very best to rectify any situations that come up. Thank you so much for the stay! We do very much appreciate your review.
