Visit to GSDNP and area
This place was perfect for our visit to the Great Sand Dunes, the Alamosa NWR! Lori was super helpful with ideas about where to hike & where to eat. Definitely would come back!!!

Cozy house with a great use of space and a very nice backyard. Has multiple "gathering" areas for larger groups, was also perfect for just us two and our dog.

Homey place!
A perfect spot to spend some “girls” time! Very comfortable place. Clean and well stocked. Located very near the college-perfect for visiting families. Close to everything including The Great Sand Dunes, the Alien Look out, Zapatista Falls, mineral springs, hiking and more. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. Also gave us lots of restaurant suggestions that were spot on.

Good place for family
So the house was very clean , however the air conditioning didn’t work. The bathrooms are very small, especially the one attached to the bedroom. Other than that great location to access adams state and down town area. Spacious back yard ,

Hi Dustin. The house does not have air conditioning, which is on the listing details. Just the fans in the bedrooms. We are going to look into some window units before summer. Thanks!

Cozy and affrodable
Great location with a 10-minute walk to downtown. The bedrooms are roomy and comfy. The backyard is a nice size and our dogs loved going outside in the sun. Our visit was a mix of business and leisure so it was nice having a solid internet connection during our stay.

Great spot!
Great location to check out Alamosa and surrounding towns in the valley. Very clean and nicely decorated house. Well equipped kitchen and extra blankets/pillows for a cozy winter visit. Walkable to campus and restaurants. Our dogs enjoyed the huge fenced backyard. Wonderful time staying here!

Fun, Artsy home in great location
Our stay in this fun, artsy home close to Adams State University was just perfect! The home was very clean, organized, and comfortable. Owner was great at communicating with us and reached out to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. Home was in a nice and safe neighborhood as well. Relaxing in the backyard hammock was a favorite afternoon activity after a long day. Would recommend this home for families or anyone visiting Alamosa! Enjoyed our stay lots!

Nice little house close the dunes
I must not have paid attention when I made the reservation. My family wasn’t expecting that the house wouldn’t have AC. If that’s not a problem for you, it’s a nice little house with plenty of room for a small family.

Great house! Super clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
House was clean. Had everything we needed. Host was very responsive, and provided comfortable bed linens, towels, coffee, etc. The backyard is a gem. And the house is within a 5 min drive from most restaurants. I highly recommend this rental!

Cozy and artful home
This clean and spacious place had plenty of amenities to enjoy while offering delightful punches of art throughout the home. The furnishings were extremely comfortable, beautiful, and still child friendly. There was a lovely fenced in yard with plenty of space for children and pets to run. It was perfectly nestled between main streets with access to The Great Sand Dunes, the Gator Farm, and restaurants. We would love to return!
