I was really hoping the reviews were inaccurate! Unfortunately they aren’t, upon entering my room the toilet was running and I quite literally had to take the back of and mess with it for it to stop, tissue was stuffed in the door key hole, walls visibly dirty, the lower part of the mirror was covered in what appeared to be dog slobber, the chair had something white spilled on it. I was on the first floor when I entered the window was open, no locks-not a safe area, window was also smashed in the bottom corner, floor covered in all types of debri, including stuff up to the size of a pen. I’m led to believe my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Behind the entertainment stand had only two outlets so I had to physically move the stand out to unplug the microwave and plug in the refrigerator-which smelled of spoiled food-probably why it wasn’t plugged in. Overall a horrible experience. I travel for work and stay in hotels three nights a week. I’ve stayed sketchy places but this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Our room was absolutely atrocious. It smelled, our bathroom mirror looked like it was clean with a wet paper towel and not dried...water marks all over the mirror. The staff was not friendly at all, not even a smile. There was no coffee or hot water in the lobby. The hotel smelled badly and was just outright nasty. Dirty carpet. I didn't even want to touch anything in my room because of how it was. We were extremely disappointed especially since it was by Wydham. Never again.

Rooms were clean and shower worked once we figured it out. Breakfast is in a baggie, wasn’t sufficient for our typical needs, overall it is an ok room. Area isn’t desirable for families.

My room was spotless and comfortable - the lovely man behind the counter was friendly and helpful, and gave me a bagged breakfast and coffee to go that was very generous with a bunch of items! Much appreciated!

You could tell that this property was aged, and would benefit greatly from a more consistent cleaning regimen for both the rooms and the property in general. As for the included breakfast, it was bare bones, not an amenity that should be advertised. Despite this though, the hotel staff were very kind. The room did not have any bugs present, and the check out/check in process was easy and simple. A suitable place to sleep for a couple of nights. Thank you for your hard work!

No proper buffet breakfast, only a small "bag" with packaged items. Shower temperature impossible to adjust properly. No elevator. Smell of pot in common areas. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or face towels supplied.

Was shown several rooms all dirty from bedding to bathrooms. Halls are never vacuumed, mopped or swept. Housekeeping doesn’t come to clean rooms or change linens or towels. Don’t pick up garbage at all.

This hotel is old and feels unsafe. There were no towels in the room, the walls were paper thin, and it was extremely noisy. I do not recommend this facility.

Good for a nights rest, i wouldnt stay here more than a night. It was a little old and dingy but staff was friendly and you get your basics. You get Breakfast in a bag lol an apple, a couple muffins, juice, water and a granola bar. Overall you get what you pay for.

This place was disgusting and the smell was terrible, Entering into the room you can clearly see roaches scattering. the sink was not clean and had hair maybe from a previous guest and I addressed this owner and nothing was done! on the ad breakfast was promised upon arrival we were given bags of breakfast i would like a refund

The building was not clean. The rooms were equally and dirty and not updated. The entire day and night the hotel was loud. There was constant noise. It sounded as though people were moving furniture and people pacing. The front desk staff was not helpful with questions I had either.

If I could give this property 0 stars if I could. I checked in and left almost immediately. The door to the room wouldn’t lock, the beds were dirty one had what looked like blood on it. The bathroom was flooded and there were dead bugs in the drawer. I booked a room somewhere else before leaving the room. I tried to go to the desk and talk to someone about a refund and employee wasn’t there. Waited for a few minutes before just leaving the keys on the desk and walking out.

When we entered the room it was noticeably freezing inside. It felt like we were outside. We turned the thermostat way up but it was still chilly. Finally upon further checking an hour later, we saw that someone left the window wide open. Also, when we opened the drawer between the beds, somebody had dumped half a bag of Doritos inside and left it. Oh, and the toilet paper roll was busted. And when we went to check in, we waited at the counter for 17 minutes before someone came by and checked us in

The breakfast included was a paper bag with a muffin, Nutrigrain bar, and small bottled water. The airport noise was bad. It was the heater that was noisy. The tv is not a smart tv, so i had to connect my laptop to the hdmi to watch Netflix. The smoke alarm was hanging diwn out of the ceiling and when i mentioned it to the front desk, they told me to push it back up. Most of the time the front desk had sign saying they would be back in a little while. I hink they were probably doing a shuttle to the airport.

Being located close to the airport and the helpful staff are the only positives. There were people yelling/arguing outside of my room one of the nights. It got rough to where I thought someone was going to get hurt. The people upstairs were stomping until midnight every night of my stay. It was just lots of noise issues and disruptive guests.

Evening staff was welcoming, easy to talk with. No elevators. Hallways and stair wells are shabby looking needing TLC painting, charm, but once in room. Felt like I was no longer in same place. Very comfortable, clean linen, bathroom walls need repainting dusting but over all clean. I give 3🌟🌟🌟

Don't stay here. Black stain on the sheets. Noise from people stomping around. Desk clerk tells us to park way down and then you have to drag luggage back to front desk because keys don't open the outside doors.
