I was put in a room on the main floor right next to the back-door exit. People were going in and out all night and hotel doors are not quiet. There were no modern hook-ups for devices which is kind of a pain. However, I liked that I could control the temperature of the room so that it was nice and cool. The bed was also comfortable so if you just want a place to sleep the price is good. Just request a room off the first floor or away from exits. Oh yeah, the bathtub leaked (literally steady small stream) and I had to keep the bathroom door shut to avoid hearing it.
We spent extra thinking we'd splurge this time and get a room a little nicer than usual. Greentree had all of the flaws, disfunctions, and inconveniences as the hotels we typically stay in for 2/3 the price.
The room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable but pillows not so much. Breakfast had many choices from scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, bakery items, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Would stay here again and the price was excellent!!

The 3rd morning we were there the toilet over flowed. We reported this to the front desk and they sent maintenance up. We left for the day and returned really late that evening. After returning we discovered every single soaked towel was gone, but no new towels were put back in the room. We had to go down stairs and ask for more. After really looking, we realized the bathroom was not cleaned after the entire bathroom was covered in an inch of toilet water. Wouldn’t you think if there is an issue with this that it would be mandatory for this to get cleaned!? The next morning we went to check out and we were told the reason it wasn’t cleaned was due to short staff. The front desk supervisor never apologized and acted like this was no big deal.

Had issues with cleanliness with 1st room. The second you opened the door it reeked of dust and dirt and the bed was not comfortable at all. So the front staff lady was able to get us a different room which worked fine until the next day when the Tv stopped working. Wouldn't turn on anymore. Typically i wouldn't make this an issue but the fact that im paying for this..... is what bugged me enough to write a review. Overall 2 stars out of 5 on cleanliness, and 4 out if 5 star on the front counter staff.

For the price it was very good. The facility is clean and the buffet was very good. The staff was nice. There are restaurants nearby. The only issue was for long term guests, rooms are cleaned every three days and if that falls on a weekend, you wait until Monday. However they are more than willing to give you clean linens whenever you need them. If I were to return to Albuquerque for a stay , I’d return.

The hotel is quite old. Although many things have been upgraded there were things in the restroom needing repair. They had the TV, microwave, and fridge in a stand with a plug in for two at a time. Had to remove the fridge to plug it in.

The property is on I-25 however, the noise isn’t a problem, and the best part was the customer service at check in and check out, really amazing workers ! Thanks !

We have signs on our front desk that also state we do not accept cash or prepaid cards as a form of payment and these sign have been up for more than a year. The facility is clean including carpets, nicely lit hallways. Staff are nice and they have hot breakfast with pastries, waffles, bagels, fruits, and of course coffee. My only complain is the toilet, it’s clogged but I’m sure management can work on that. Would recommend this hotel.
