Service was bad before we even arrived- Joan called when we were 3 hours away from
Hotel telling me that hotels.com payment was not working and therefore we couldn't check in. She claimed to not be able to find the number to contact them. Mind you, I had already been charged for the night by hotels.com and she made no attempt
To contact them directly since it was an issue with their payment. I simply googled the phone number and it took 90 mins but guess what? Hotels.com
Had to contact the hotel directly and speak with Joan. We when arrived she chose to go answer the phones that were ringing off the hook
While customers stood waiting first.
