Restaurant food leaves a lot to be desired

Staff in the cafeteria were friendly and efficient. Snack food there fine and very reasonably priced. Restaurant food was dreadful. Room very comfortable and clean. Easy access for airport and Ifera

Very Unprofessional 4Star

From start to finish this hotel did nothing to live up the 4 stars it received. On the 2nd night of our stay we came back to find the room over-run with ants. We notified the receptionist who after much fussing said would we like to change rooms. The staff's english was laughable and the menu for the Restaurant and room service was limited to sandwiches for most of the day. My partner who is vegetarian had nothing to choose from on their menu. Overall an unhappy stay at this hotel too far from the centre of madrid.

Good hotel with excellent Restaurant

Very comfortable well appointed room. Free Wifi was a boon. The restaurant was reasonably priced with excellent food and great wine list. Bar was small& busy with a good ambience - maybe influenced by the European Cup Final showing on the TV!

This Hotels Image was excellent although the service and surroundings was poor, firstly the hotel staff were not there to pick us up at the airport at the time in which we had to ring and the ask even though I had written email confirmation that there would be someone there. None of the Hotel staff new fluent English and being a Four Star hotel I was very Disappointed. Nothing whatsoever close by... Theres More but I will not degrade this hotel.

Good hotel for that area

This hotel is a good hotel for that area - clean, efficient and has a free internet connection - but note that it is NOT close to the center of Madrid. It is a nice business hotel but should not be a center for leisure travel since it is not close to any major attraction.
