This property was in an excellent location to the Martin Family Home/ Alencon Sanctuary as well as various other important Roman Catholic landmarks and churches. This property was also very clean, and the staff was often very helpful. Furthmore, checking in and out was a breeze. I would stay there again.

Noisy location on side of roundabout Building is tired and run down However bed was clean and comfortable Bar food dinner was excellent Breakfast was basic but with fresh bread and croissants from local bakery The owners cousin who is running to business whilst owner is away was a very good host and very friendly

Serves it's purpose well
This hotel is very nice and friendly. It is just a five minute walk from centre ville where there are some nice bars and restaurants. There are three floors and no lift so just check you have a first floor room if you're shakey on the pins.

Good food, but not the most comfortable stay
The food and service at the restaurant attached to this hotel was very good, and the location was ideal. However, we had no heat in our room at all until late in the evening of our first night, after we asked the owner about it. Our room was clean and the service was friendly.

Great stop off hotel on our way to the Vendee.
What a lovely hotel. Great welcome by very friendly staff. Owner speaks very good English. Perfectly adequate room for our overnight stay on the way to our holiday destination. Also has a very good restaurant. Can't recommend it enough. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, lovely owners
The owners were extremely friendly. The hotel is in the centre of the town and can be quite noisy if you like to sleep with the windows open? As we were only staying one night is was very convenient to have the restaurant down stairs.

right on a roundabout easy to find.wish we had found it and moved on,entrance and stairs to rooms filthy,room tiny,bed tiny,but at least the sheets were clean,restaurant dirty,food not good .Used the IBIS ON RETURN JOURNEY.

Très bon accueil, Les gérants ont été au petit soin dès notre arrivée, veillant à satisfaire toutes nos demandes. Chambre très propre,calme, fraîche au moment de la canicule. Nous avons très bien dormi.Personnel très agréable,souriant, disponible et efficace.Petit déjeuner bon et très copieux.

chambre tres humide ! drap non changé ! salle de bain moisi, les moisissures sont caché par un tapis de sol a poil ce qui est une tres mauvaise idée car ce genre de tapis est le lieu ideale pour la moisissure !!!

Arrivé vers 20 H pas de pb pour stationner. Chambre au troisieme étage propre et entretenue malgré des fenêtres vieillissantes. Diner sur place et petit déjeuner classique copieux.

Je me suis déplacé pour un rendez vous professionnel, à Alençon, où j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil des gérants de l’hôtel, leur disponibilité et sollicitude. La chambre était propre! La ville, étant de taille moyenne, tout est très accessible de l’hôtel. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Bien pour un 2 étoiles, mais ça reste un 2 étoiles. Mobilier un peu désuet, chambre petite, mais propre, literie correcte, repeint assez recemment. Bruit des toilettes (sanibroyeur) c'est le point négatif qui m'a le plus marqué. Proximité d'un grand rond point, mais insonorisation des fenêtres pas trop mauvaise. Accueil très souriant et personnel serviable. Rest qui ne paye pas de mine, mais très bon tajine. c

Un accueil irréprochable malgré une réservation de dernière minute. L'hôtel fait restaurant, excellent par ailleurs, ce qui permet de passer une soirée relaxante. Propreté et literie de très bonne facture. Je le recommande.
