Pool area was great. Rooms were ok. Outdated, but clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel is adequate but old, outdated, rough looking hallways and carpets. No elevator. Staff was courteous and helpful.

A lot of the games were out of order. The vending machine at the front shorted us change & gave us $4.60 in dimes. The heat in our room didnt work. But otherwise, everything else was good.

It was a good stay but the restaurant was terrible. No one served our table until we walked around to find all the servers talking ina corner together. We got cold food and they rang up the tab incorrectly in an over charge. They did rectify the over charged after we questioned it. I’d stay at the hotel again but never eat in their restaurant.

Paying double & getting half...
Theres enough staff enforcing their nonsense rules but not enough staff to pick up broken plastic/garbage all over the floor in the kid area. Trying to get any type of food was a disaster, after all my efforts to get what I paid for, I ended up overpaying for breakfast & not getting half of my order. This hotel has gone completely downhill over the years. You are just a walking dollar sign to them.

Staff was friendly, entry way looked nice, but rooms were incredibly outdated. Very shoddy electrical work throughout, peeling paint, disgusting grout. Pretty poor quality for a holiday inn at $200/night.

My only complaint is every one of us paid a different rate and also where the toilet placement in the bathroom is very awkward. There were 7 us was crazy . Restaurant bar was excellent!

Busy with it being the winery’s annual Grape Stomp festival. Average stay. Our room was 2nd floor pool side and noisy with loud music and people until after 11pm. Bathroom not very clean. Decent beds and pillows. On site restaurant busy and staff overwhelmed.

Front desk staff were rude, unhelpful & had an attitude. The rooms are old & musty smelling & in need of complete updating. There is no elevator to the second floor, so guests have to drag suitcases up & down the stairs. The pillows all smelled like body odor & were lumpy & gross. I went and bought new pillows and left them when we checked out rather than use theirs.

I booked thru hotels.com and desk attendant could not find the booking. Gave me a number to call after waiting on hold for quite some time the booking was discovered by the attendant. Once getting into the room it was questionable if the room had even been cleaned after finding a soda bottle of chewing Tabaco spit next to the bed. Ate at the restaurant and has terrible service. I think our server forgot about us. Finally dropped off the salads and hot food together and disappeared again for the remainder of the meal except to bring the bill. Not impressed and will not go back to this hotel

The property did not receive payment from orbitz until after check in. Had to pay twice for two rooms and be on phone at 11pm to straighten out. Still do not know if it’s correct.

Super clean, nice staff, restaurant at the hotel is good. Pool view room noisy with kids at the pool until 11 and up and at it again at 8 am, but preferred that noise to traffic noise.

We stayed here for the State Trap Shooting competition and paid WAY too much for what this hotel is worth. Checked in and there was hair all over the bathroom floor, only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, the microwave didn't work (wouldn't turn) and found blood on our comforter that was NOT from us as we didn't even sleep on that side of the bed. I almost threw up. To top the cherry, we went to the attached restuarant/bar where the bartender honestly had no idea what she was doing, asked over and over again what we wanted and than came back and asked again. When getting the tab, she had no idea what we had as she didn't start one. Seen this with multiple different guests in the restaurant. I am aboslutely positive that place lost money in just tabs alone, not to mention they closed at 9pm when online it said 10pm and the bar had many guests in there and the hotel was full due to the tournament. Don't waste your time staying here - there are much nicer places to stay and not have a terrible experience.

Bathroom door was a sliding barn door that didn't lock and opened slowly on its own. Listened to someone's dog barking and notified front counter, but didn't get resolved for quite awhile

Under construction. Debris and materials everywhere. And the construction crew 30 guys are lodging at the hotel (on a weekend). So the pool area was not family friendly.
