When they go to remove the used towels they should change them for clean ones, because I was staying for two nights and the next night I had no way to dry myself when I came out of the shower.

The room was set up really cute but was not completely clean the floor was dirty black in areas. There was razor clipping on soap dish in shower soap caddy tv had not a good signal kept freezing. Alarm clock was set that didn’t realize till it went off at 800 am and woke up up and no refrigerator. I know you get what you pay for but. Was disappointed.

It was disgusting, there was feces on the toilet . Stains on the mattress and countertops not wiped .’when I called in to let them know the receptionist told me that it wasn’t possible bc they have head of maintenance who check it before giving access to visitors. I took pictures and still she told how me how will she know that it was there before I got there . I will never stay here again. And I came a long way on a road trip .

Only complaint I have is the bed is hard and the pillows are too soft.. other than that it was great! No bed bugs, no roaches, no loud noises, staff was friendly and housekeeping didn’t bother us since we put the DND sign up. I’d definitely stay again!

I would have been better off sleeping in my car. When I say this was the worst experience ever i mean the absolute worst. room phone didn't work, bathtub clogged, they had HAND towels to dry yourself, houskeeping knocked at my door at 750am to tend to the room. I failed the notice the night before but TRASH was all along the front.

The staff is rude. They stole our deposits despite the rooms being absolutely fine. They're thieves, there's no fridge or microwaves, towels and sheets are stained, beds are closer to twins than full, its ran down. I would not stay here.

You get what you pay for.
Well we got in super late, after midnight i believe, the neighborhood wasnt very appealing, the clerk wrote my room number on the back of the room.key with a highlighted. Oh and there is a 50 dollar incidental refundable deposit. Although it held 60, i was returned it. Theres no microwave or fridge in the room, and 3rd floors a bit rough up the stairs. The beds were ok for comfort although get rid of the double beds and bring in queens. So overall it was ok. Nothing spectacular there breakfast was muffins that had been thawed and juice.

When I for arrived to check in, there was 2 women and 1 man at the desk. The 2 women were conversing with another women(standing beside me), who had just gotten off of work. I stood there patiently and just smiled at them. Finally I was able to check in. That’s when they informed me that there was an extra $50 fee that would be immediately reversed back to my card upon check out, I paid it. Once I checked out they then informed me that the $50 would go back on my card. 2 days later I called they said they returned it and to just be patient. The next day I called again they were very vague about it and brushed me off. I called again the next day, and once I gave the ‘em my name they hung up on me. I called back 3 times in a row and they never answered for me. I do not recommend anyone going to the Super 8bat Wyndham motel in Alexandria VA in Bragg st. They’re rude

Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is located walking distance to many stores, restaurants and public transportation. My only gripe is that their “Free Breakfast” was substandard compared to similar priced hotels that I have stayed at.
