“Everything seemed very good about our stay here—nice staff and clean room. However, the day after I discovered that I had multiple bites all over my body which must have occurred that night. Unfortunately, I can’t think of any other explanation besides the presence of bed bugs or some kind of bug in the bedding :/ ”

“It was a nice little motel and a comfy bed! the only complaint I had was the heating. It was a relatively chilly night and was pretty cold in the room. I tried to follow the instructions to turn the heating dial up but it didn't seem to make a difference. If they could provide extra blankets in the closet for nights like these, that would be appreciated!”

“The fact that they require a vaccine card should be mentioned in their Hotels.com profile. Luckily for me I had it in my car. I don't mind if some hotel owners want to require it, but it should be pretty clearly stated. The owner told me that I didn't need to use the air conditioner, that I should open the windows.
