"What did I not like you ask?" There were a lot of things I wasn't expecting and did not like. First, the location was inconvenient. The hotel does not have an entrance directly on/off the highway and everything is about 10 minute drive away because of this slight inconvenience to access the highway. Secondly biggest inconvenience is that the room did not have linens or pillows for the sofa bed. I had call the front desk twice, and even then I still had to go down to the front desk to get the linens only to realize she didn't give me pillows. The total time waiting for these items was about an hour and a half; she originally stated 15 minutes! Once I opened the sofa bed, there were crumbs on the mattress yuk! Third, the bathroom is not being kept clean; it has hard water marks and dust around the ledges. I took pics but there is no option to upload on this site. Fourth, I knew there wasn't free breakfast, but the "restaurant" isn't a restaurant - its basically an open area the free breakfast provides at HI express. Microwave eggs, frozen sandwiches, all processed food for $12-14 each plate! No Chef in sight. They don't even offer complimentary coffee!? I don't mind paying, but it's not fresh ingredients! They don't have half and half; just coffeemate original-this is syrup! There is an in room Keurig, but no bottled water. Lastly, the a/c has no controls in my room? I paid a lot more for this room to have such a unfortunate experience. I won't be back
