Stay at Drexel
Front office staff were helpful. We had an early morning flight on 1st Jan, but the hotel arranged transport seamlessly. Room is comfortable & the adjoining restaurant (Taki taki) is good. This hotel is also quite close to the Memmingen airport

The breakfast was lacking was very simple not worth the cost. No drink facility out of hours of the bar.

Dear Chris, we offered you tea some city coffees up to 100 m walking ways from hotel and as well our bar as possibility. In the evening we offered you as well alternative milks. Maybe it was the language problem during the breakfast. For this we appologize. Best regards

The front desk service was excellent. the room was noisy. The towels were to smell. There was no shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was good and the workers there very kind

Une seul personne a la réception, donc nous sommes 4 a faire la queue. Il arrive un cycliste, range son engin et va directement à la réception sans faire la queue. La réceptionniste accepte malgré notre protestation. Expérience très désagréable et incompréhensible. Il faut préciser que pour le reste la réceptionniste était très bien.

Our hotel is about 30 years old and is constantly being renovated. The reception closes so early due to Corona. As soon as everything has normalized again, the reception will open again around the clock.

Nice place with perfect location in the city center. The staff was nice, the room was nice simple but comfortable. The mattresses are very soft. The sauna in hotel is exactly what you need after walking outside in this freezing cold weather. Unfortunately no bathrobe and no slippers in the room to use them in sauna.

All the staff were friendly and courteous. We arrived late due to a late flight and the person at the counter could not have been more helpful. He informed us since we were hungry and the restaurant nextdoor was closing soon to go eat right after check in and take our luggage to the room later and then go park our car.

Nice stay in Memmingen
Very nice stay in this centrally located hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast that was very good. Although not that important to us, the TV lacked English language programmes which seemed unusual for a hotel that was used by international guests. For a short break such as ours, we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. The taxi service from the airport into town is very poor and you can't guarantee readily finding a taxi when you arrive.

Nice stopover in Memmingen
Overnight stopover. Really friendly and attentive staff and a reasonably diverse breakfast. Also, a great location for strolling around Memmingen. The staff, however, really made it a memorable experience.

Everything is almost perfect such as the comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. However, I believe that if can put slippers in the room it’ll be better.

Mixed feelings.
Stayed only for a night. Rooms are quite big the bed is quite comfortable but the pillows aren't. You need to leave the tap running for more than two or three minutes in order to get some hot water. The rooms is clean but one negative is that the rooms aren't soundproof and this is extremely annoying. We also tried the restaurant, it was almost full of people however both our dishes were extremely salty with no bread. The receptionists were polite. The hotel for me wasn't a four star one.

The hotel is in a perfect location, near Markplatz/ you can go walking everywhere, the staff is very firendly. Parking close to the hotel. Comfortable room, not too big, not to small.

Great location breakfast, Saunas and staff. Wifi very intermittent in the room and street outside was noisy (only) on Friday night but then that is the price of a central location. Attached Italian restaurant also very good
