Recently changed ownership and several repairs are necessary such as adding sign for Hotel and lighting parking lot at night. The crew servicing the hotel work hard to keep it very clean and breakfast offerings very good. Several minor repairs needed in our room such as outlets that did not work. Overall great value that should improve as new owner catches up on maintenance.

We love everything about this hotel .. the room so relaxing and clean.. very modern and beach vibes !!! Greeted at front when we chose to do valet parking …the staff outside are very friendly, receptionist are nice as well!! Our room is all the way to the end of the hotel but very close to the rooftop outdoor pool which is so convenient !!! The outdoor pool is so awesome with the Ferris wheel background and the fountain views is to die for!! The bartender is rude when we asked for towels he said he doesn’t know !!! Fitness room is basic but it’s clean !! Cons: parking you have to pay $25 for valet a night !! Self park is $10 but it’s downtown so first come first serve … they ask $100 for accidental fee to hold upon checking in .. and they will deduct the parking fee once you check out and the remaining balance will be refunded in 10 days!! This hotel location doesn’t offer free breakfast …which sucks !!! The other margaritaville island inn does offer free breakfast ..

Beautiful accommodations with easy access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Our stay was at the location across the river so we had to drive for the complimentary breakfast and pool access.

This hotel was AMAZING. Gorgeous, the design hit the nail on the hand. Stunning, historic property with modern amenities, it’s comfortable and it’s well located. The library was beautiful, cocktails, service, food, impeccable. And Chris and the other man running things with Chris were just the absolute best. Above and beyond does not even come close to describing it. I am so grateful to them. They helped me organized a special surprise for my friends who had just won a big competition, they made my night smooth and relaxed when my flight got canceled and I had to reserve another night and check in again. I love them, I love this hotel. Thank you so much Chris, for making my stay special. I appreciate it so much.
