“Immaculate, upscale, modern, tiny rooms”

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms, though tiny, are efficient and very modern. We faced the street and had a nice big window. The lobby, and the downstairs rooms were all nicely decorated. Service was excellent and we got a lot of good advice. Breakfast was expensive, 16 euros, so we did not bother but the basement breakfast room was also very pretty.

We were close to museums, some shopping, canal boats and bus tours. The rooms were small. The one that we reserved needed to be upgraded to fit our suitcases (we had more than usual because of the beginning of our trip) and even at that it was small. We had airconditioning..... a plus in the unusually hot weather. The breakfast was nicely done and a small restaurant for light meals helped immensely our first night.

This was my fourth trip to Amsterdam and I have stayed in this hotel each time because it has everything I was looking for. Great rooms, very nice staff, and an unbeatable location! Can't wait to come back again!!

“Lovely and convenient”

Our room overlooked a small but leafy courtyard and was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The common areas such as the lobby, bar, and breakfast room, were tastefully decorated with Art Deco tiles and other touches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great---one block to the Van Gogh museum, one block to the Rijksmuseum, and two blocks to the Vondelpark. Cafes and bus stops were also within 5 minutes walking distance. Although we weren't highly impressed with Amsterdam overall (graffiti, litter, etc.), the hotel was in a good area that even had designer shops one street away. This hotel was the best of the three (others in Paris and Leiden) during our stay in Europe!

“A great place in Amsterdam”

Bilderberg Hotel Jan Luyken is in a great location, just one block off the street with the Rijk Museum and the Van Gogh museum. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location. The rooms were nice, the price was reasonable, and don't forget to ask for a discounted parking pass because parking is not cheap! I would defnitely stay there again!

The staff and hotel were wonderful. It was in the perfect location for going to the museums and exploring the city. I will stay at this hotel when I go back to Amsterdam!

It's in a wonderful location..smart, There is also a night club nearby..I loved the hotel Loads. I liked discovering new places by foot.. so pls carry your trainers..Lol

“Brilliant hotel”

Me and my bofriend loved Amsterdam and loved staying in this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean, tidy with a nice bathroon and CD player. The staff were really friendly. They were more than happy to tell us all about Amsterdam and the places to go and see. The location was fantastic. High street stores just around the corner and 2 - 5 mins away from Ledlisplein where Hardrock Cafe is along with many other bars, clubs and restaurants. Vondelpark is nearby and The Riksmuesuem is only a minute walk from the hotel. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, style, location, comfort and staff friendliness.
