Beautiful condo
This is the 1st time we booked a condo for our stay. Excellent choice! The apartment is just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and train. We used the train to go to Monaco, Nice, Eze and a few more places. It was very easy once you understand how it works, i suggest to download the train app. Communication with the owner was excellent. I am definitely coming back.

Tout était parfait comme l’année passé. Alex et son gérant son accueillantes, facile et vite a répondre, et l’appartement est exactement comme les photos. Chaque fois qu’on vient à Juan les Pins on louera cette appartement si possible. Centrale a tous, on ne peut pas demander plus. The apartment is in a perfectly central location, next to the beach, with all the amenities you would need. Excellent host and managers, and we will continue to return! Thank you as always! Andrea

Great holiday in lovely apartment
We had a fantastic time staying in this wonderful apartment in Juan Les Pins that we ended up staying a few days longer thanks to the property owner (Alex) being willing and able to accommodate us. The property and location are perfect and I would highly recommend this spot for a family getaway on the coast for loads of sun, great beaches and food. There is also so much to see and do if you want or you can just sleep in and chill at the beach all day. There is also great nightlife with bars and restaurants along the beachfront. The property manager Mariza was very sweet and helpful even though we had a hiccup with our arrival time. Having parking and garage in the building is a major win as well. We will definitely look to come back in the future. Thanks Alex you have a real gem of a spot!

C’était un location impeccable. Le propriétaire et les gérants étaient accueillants, gentils et sympathiques. Nous étions deux familles, deux adultes et trois enfants et l’appartement était parfait pous nous. Beaucoup d’espace, proche de tout, et dans une immeuble nouvelle et bien sécurisé. Merci pour tout! This was a fantastic apartment that is exactly as shown and described. We were lucky to find it last minute and could not have been happier with it. Quick and easy communication with the owner and the managers. Spacious, across from the beach and in a secure building. We hope we’ll be able to stay here again and wish all vrbo’s are like this one!

Quality of interiors and location excellent
Comfortable beds, everything is modern and new. All as advertised. Slight traffic noise. Only those who are very sound sensitive will mind. Good internet. Used both washer and dishwasher. All worked well. Excellent location. The beach is your patio. The terrace is only basic. Also a pharmacy right around the corner for COVID rapid tests before flying home. Everything was very convenient for me and my adult son. A great place for 2 couples or a family of 4. Since everything is modern and white I would not bring the smaller kids here, unless they have very clean hands. Check-in with the couple handing over the keys was a slight challenge since we had no common language to speak. But google translate was an easy fix.

Great location!
Property was as advertised and we, two couples, enjoyed our stay. 5 minutes to train station, 5 minutes to bus stop, 5 minutes to beach...what more can we say! The only comment we would have is that for two weeks it would have been nice to have a change of bed sheets...we were able to wash towels etc but sheets were more difficult. Would certainly recommend this accommodation for a great stay and jump off point to Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc

Exceptional modern apartment in fantastic location
This is a fantastic modern 2 bedroom apartment in a secure building. The property manager greeted us and was super friendly The place was absolutely spotless! In terms of location, you could not ask for a better; two minutes to the beach and two minutes to the coastal train where you can hop on and off to visit Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc.

Well maintained spacious property in an excellent location.

Excellent location, great apartment!
You couldn't ask for a better location unless you were right on the beach. Cafes, shopping, groceries, beach all within easy walking distance. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well supplied and the owner very responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is situated close to the beach, excellent Boulangerie and bistro. Market and multiple restaurants all walking distance. Apartment has peek of the sea, was clean and had everything we needed. Only wish there was a terrace and better pillows for sleeping. Owner was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

After several people have contacted me after reading this review, confused about whether my apartment has a balcony or not, I would like to clarify that it has three. There are two Juliette balconies with standing room, one of which is nice for taking in the view, the other doesn't get used much though. There is a third larger area with a table and four chairs (which can be seen in the photo on the listing) where washing can also be hung. A terrace is a much larger outdoor living space which not so many apartments have and also commands a significant premium in terms of price.

This comfortable apartment was perfect for two couples from Southern California who wanted to enjoy the South of France without a car. We loved spending the month of May visiting the local cities, towns and villages of the Cote D’Azur in a very relaxed, enjoyable way. The Juan-les-Pins area of Antibes provided lively streets with ready access to shops and restaurants, sandy beaches, and the Mediterranean. We enjoyed walking about a mile or so to the markets in Antibes and along the Golfe Juan. The train station is a short walk from the apartment, which facilitated day trips to Cannes, Nice, and Monaco. Menton, at the Italian border, and San Remo, Italy can be visited in a day with some planning. There is also a seasonal ferry to take you to St. Tropez that departs from two blocks away. The layout of this apartment worked well for two couples. Each bedroom has its own private bath with shower. The common area includes a kitchen, dining area, and space to relax. The kitchen is small yet efficient and is stocked with the basic equipment and supplies to allow the preparation of simple meals. On the street below the apartment you’ll find meat markets, green grocers, a fish market and multiple bakeries. The internet connection is fast and efficient. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and responsive to questions via email.

Calm and sophistication moments from the beach.
This apartment is a calm and sophisticated retreat in the heart of Juan le Pain. There are two equally sized double rooms each with its own quality bathroom (one bath, one shower) The kitchen is equipped with high quality fittings and with tiled floors throughout and there is a comfortable lounge area for relaxing and dining. There is even a small terrace to enjoy breakfast from one of many local patisseries. It is a modern apartment block with a secure and beautifully decorated lobby which adds to ambiance. The railway station is close by and provides quick and easy access to all resorts from Cannes to Monaco and beyond. We thoroughly recommend this extremely clean and well presented apartment as a base to enjoy the delights of the Rivera.

It was perfect and exactly as described. Just a few steps to the beach promenade, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Alex and the local agency is uncomplicated and response times are short. Check-in and check-out are equally straightforward. For those arriving by car. We have never experienced such a spacious underground car park. We can definitely recommend the apartment. Es war perfekt und genau wie beschrieben. Nur wenige Schritte zur Strandpromenade, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Alex und der örtlichen Agentur ist unkompliziert und die Reaktionszeiten sind kurz. Check-in und Check-out sind gleichermaßen unkompliziert. Für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Eine so großzügige Tiefgarage haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A wonderful place to spend your holidays
For us there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The apartment is just like on the pictures, spacious, with a well furnished kitchen. The information provided by the owner is spot on accurate. The wardrobes in each bedroom offer an abundance of place for clothes and other personal belongings. The train station is just a three-minute walk away, thus you can leave your car in the underground parking lot if you want to pay a visit to Cannes, Nice or Monaco. Highly recommended - we had a marvelous holiday.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Angefangen mit der Buchung und einer sehr netten Kontaktaufnahme durch den Gastgeber, der uns ungefragt angeboten hat schon morgens einchecken zu können, bis hin zu der herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Betreuerin der Wohnung vor Ort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem exzellenten Zustand. Die Garage ist sehr praktisch und die Gegend gut zum Bummeln und nah am Strand. Es gibt zusätzlich zum Wohnzimmer zwei abgetrennte Bereiche jeweils mit Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, was die Wohnung nicht nur für Familien sondern z.B. auch für zwei Paare attraktiv macht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen! Overall we felt very comfortable. Starting with the booking and a very nice contact by the host, who offered us the opportunity to check in in the morning without being asked, up to the warm welcome by the person in charge of the apartment on site. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. The garage is very convenient and the area is good for strolling and close to the beach. In addition to the living room, there are two separate areas with a bedroom and bathroom, which makes the apartment attractive not only for families but also, for example, for two couples. We would book the apartment again at any time!

Ein sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung mit teilweisen Meerblick aus 2. Etage. Moderne und saubere Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern und WCs. 100 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen, Essen etc. Wir waren im Februar dort und konnten morgens die Febr Sonne auf dem Balkon geniessen. Das Gebäude selbst ist modern und mit viel Sicherheit, Aufzug und Tiefgarage ausgestattet. Die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, was im Febr mit kalten Mistral Winden auch wichtig war.

L’appartement est sécuritaire, très tranquille et bien situé, à 150 mètres de la mer et à moins de 300 mètres de la gare. Une suggestion pour les séjours de 2 semaines et plus: prévoir une deuxième serviette pour chaque occupant, le temps de laver l’autre.

Alex is very fruendly and helpful, everything is well organised. The apartment is great, very spacious, tastefully furnished and very clean. The kitchen looks quite new and is well equipped, there is everything you need. The location is very good, not far away from the sea, bakery and supermarket are very near. There is nothing to critisize, it is just perfect. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely want to come back.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage mit Garage. Zum Strand 3 Minuten einfach perfekt. Die Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung mit Therry wahr super pünktlich und Problemlos. Danke 😃 Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

Je suis désolé que vous sentiez comme ça au sujet des prix pendant la haute saison, mais si vous les comparez à n'importe quelle autre accommodation à proximité, vous découvrirez qu'ils sont très bas para port aux autres choix. Mon appartement est un appartement de luxe dans un immeuble de standing, mais je demande moins pour le louer que pour deux chambres, sans petit-déjeuner, dans les hôtels 1 étoile à proximité. Je le fais seulement pour compenser le coût considérable de possession d'une propriété sur la Riviera. S'il vous plaît comparer cela à d'autres options d'hébergement à proximité.

We had a really good time in the appartment in Juan les Pins. The living and bedrooms are very spacious. The airco works well and despite as we were in the middle of the center we did not hear noise. We had everything on walking distance around the corner and that is really very nice. 150 mtr to the beach, 50 mtr to bakery etc. Really wonderfull. Mitten drin und total zentral
Wir haben ganz aktuell unseren Pfingsturlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die zentrale Nähe zum Strand waren eine der Plus Punkte dieser Wohnung und auch der Tiefgaragenplatz ist genial. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir waren mit zwei Paaren in der schönen Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist optimal geschnitten mit großzügigem Wohnbereich und zwei hübschen Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Bad. Die Einrichtung ist wohnlich, hell und modern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch wenn man kochen möchte, fehlt nichts. Die Lage ist strandnah und central. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Wir werden das Appartment sicherlich wieder mieten und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

This Appartement is located at only 3-4 min from the beach. Next to it also a small supermarket, Restaurants and a few minutes away the train station. The apartment itself is very clean and with a modern decor. Good windows so that the apartment is very calm. Very well equipped with every thing you need while your stay. Wardrobe with enough hanger and good mattress for sleep. Internet connection did work very well and fast. The owner of the apartment was very responsive and helped for all questions we had. We did not miss anything. Therefore I can highly recommend this apartment and look forward to hopefully soon get back to this place.

Très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités, de nombreuse plages, du centre (sans aucun inconvénient de bruit), des restaurants, d'Antibes (accessible à pied également), La personne sur place, Thierry, est très sympathique et disponible. La propreté est irréprochable. La proximité de la gare rend accessible beaucoup d'autres villes, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Je relouerais sans hésitation cet appartement.
