While the general installations of this hotel are beautiful, our overall stay left much to be desired. The rooms and bathrooms are noticeably outdated and unfortunately had a persistent smell of mold, which was quite unpleasant. The linens felt scratchy and past their prime, adding to the sense of discomfort.
One of our disappointing experiences was during breakfast. We were told to wait for 45 minutes just to get a table, which was impractical for our schedule, ultimately leading us to seek breakfast elsewhere.
Additionally, we were surprised to find that the hotel did not offer guided tours of their museums nor provide guests with a map of the area. This lack of basic tourist assistance was unexpected and made exploring the museum attractions more challenging.
Overall, while the hotel's physical space is attractive, the issues with room condition, service, and amenities left us feeling dissatisfied with our stay. We hope these aspects can be addressed and improved for future guests.
