Hotel worth to stay. very recommended
Stay with high quality. Big car park. Reception desk always available if anything needed.room with balcony decent size. Walking shower was advantage.no kettle in a room. Which is bit disappointing but option to make tee/coffee for your self in lounge/ bar area. Definitely plus to get water still or fizzy from distributor for free as well when it was very hot on our stay. Breakfast as complimentary for all residents wide selection.more than just minimum continental.

This hotel is highly recommended by me. Very clean, quiet, excellent lobby. Only a 15 minute tram ride to the centrum of Antwerp. The elevator takes some getting used to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good for a 1 night stay
Hotel was on a busy road and unfortunately lots of road noise, basic room but for 1 night that was ok, was clean and warm! breakfast was nice and also staff friendly, couple of miles from city centre but tram/bus stops right outside the hotel. Free parking was a bonus.

The room was nice and breakfast good but this hotel isn't near to anything of interest to see, it is a public transit ride of 20 or more minutes to anything (but the transit is right outside). Comfortable quiet place to stay.

We are sorry to hear our location wasn't exactly what you were looking for. We are situated in the north of Antwerp in the port district. There are quite a few nice things to see around like the famous port House, het Eilandje, big cinema complex with good restaurants and the port district. Buses and trams do indeed stop in front of the hotel to take you to the heart of the city center within 20 minutes. Next month a new tram line will stop in front of the hotel which will take you in less than 10 minutes to the center. Once again thank you for your review and we hope to welcome you again in the future. Friendly regards

Was a place to stay. Warm night no A/C; a fan was provided. Windows were open and misquotes were present in the room. We had a few bites during the night. Breakfast was good. Elevator did not work with three adults in it. One at a time was ok.

Short holiday in Antwerp, Belgium in April 2018
Antwerp Harbour Hotel exceeded our expectations.Their pricing is competitive and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast provided was excellent with kitchen able to cater for my Wife's gluten-free diet. Buses to City stopped right outside. Antwerp City is impressive with plenty of interesting museums. Restaurants are a little more expensive than Britain.

Nice moderately priced hotel in the harbor area
This was our second stay at this property and we were pleased. It's clean and pretty quiet and appears to be insect-free; the manager and staff are helpful. The breakfast is very nice, each day there was meat and eggs in one form or another, an assortment of cold cereals, cold cuts and cheese, yoghurt and fruit. The breads and pastries were excellent and the coffee is good. Be forewarned that you cannot get a regular double bed or larger, the closest they provide is two twin mattresses on one base however we found the bed to be very comfortable. Also, no wi-fi in the rooms but in the lounges the Wi-Fi is very good. "The locals" still refer to this property as the Docks Hotel. The location is excellent for the tram and bus, it is right on the tram line and there is a bus stop right in front. There is some traffic noise even when the windows are closed.

Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast was actually rather poor at least compared to German hotels. During the 4 days there was yoghurt only 1 morning. It feels a little bit like an industrial area. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed during the 4 day stay because it was not included in the normal cleaning...Anyway the staff was super nice and helpful. They all spoke very good English as well. Plus for the good and free WiFi.

Average place to stay
An average hotel in what seemed like a fairly unappealing part of Antwerp. The hotel did have parking - which was a major factor for me choosing a hotel. I stayed for a single night, the room was simple/bare and noise from other guests could very clearly be heard. There did not seem to be food available on the evening (there are vending machines in a communal area on the ground floor), however breakfast was quite good with a standard selection of bread/meat/cheese on offer.

Don't despair when you see it from the outside!
My husband and I stayed here for a few hours as a "place to crash" when we were on the road. It was excellent value, had free breakfast, free WiFi and free parking, so covered all of our needs. When we saw it from the outside, we were horrified; but it's not too bad from the inside (when we pulled up we started talking about booking somewhere else instantly). However, the hotel seems to be in the middle of a makeover, so it's being worked on; and, most importantly for us, the room was clean and functional, and breakfast was ok.

Good value for money.
Short over night rest stop/stay while on a road trip. Room spacious and adequate. Good wifi service. Good breakfast buffet. Room was on the road side thus the noise level at night and early morning were a bit much.

Lovely staff, but poor location and facilities.
Very Friendly staff, and comfy rooms. But let down badly by location. It's a long way from any shops, or much of anything other than a local cinema with quite expensive eating places surrounding it. Nowhere near to buy chocolate or bottles. (And no bar in the hotel itself) If you arrive by car about the only sat nav that gets to it is Google. You have to drive past the hotel, keeping it on your right, then turn right, then right, then right again before you get onto the tram way. The hotel has no bar and no food other than breakfast. - Though it does offer free tea and coffee. I thought it was poor value at £77 per night per room. and why it's called the harbour hotel is a mystery. - You can't see any water from the hotel.

This hotel was great except for location. Granted we did not check access to buses but this hotel is out of the way of walking distance to city center. Other than that, there is plenty of parking, great included breakfast, the room was large and clean, and the staff was plenty friendly.

We booked two nights at this hotel as we were passing thru Antwerp and wanted to visit the historic district. The hotel is very far from it, but accessible by train and bus ( collectively). The room itself was clean and updated, though quite small but adequate. It's location is on a very busy road in an industrial park but bus is on the corner.

We were in Belgium for a family function and choose this hotel because had free parking, free breakfast and centrally located for various events. No air conditioning but can get a fan from front desk, also need to ask for a hair dryer. Breakfast had good selection of breads, cold cuts and hot eggs but no fresh fruit. In a more industrial area but safe, easy tran access and convenient to major driving routes.

Not the nicest location, but clean and decent.
This hotel was a little worse than I was expecting. It wasn't bad, just in a really dismal part of town. It's in the industrial district, not actually on the harbor. There was a small enclave of restaurants and a movie theater across the street, so we did manage to get some dinner. The staff was pretty helpful for getting late checkout, but morning staff seemed a little less caring. It's in a poor location, just know that. The hotel itself is clean and it's not far from all the cool stuff in Antwerp, if you've got a car or are savvy with the local transit. Free parking though! As people will say, you get what you pay for. This place was cheap so, not really surprised.
