We have stayed here in Oshkosh several times and think this Holiday Inn is wonderful. Very clean; excellent breakfast; good staff.

The room was stuffy since no shower vent. It was always hot and stuffy. No blankets for the pull out bed or pillows. No gluten free breakfast options. Coffee wasnt fresh most of the time. I was looking forward to the hot which was broken.

Check in was at 3. They weren’t busy I was there at 3 and they kept telling me they were cleaning my room and it would be ready in a few minutes. I had an event to go to so I waited till 4 and it still wasn’t ready. Manager lied to me and kept making excuses. Would never stay here again. Staff totally unacceptable and nonprofessional, and just don’t care!!

When I was checking in there was a traveler being helped before me. It was apparent her reservation was cancelled and she was on the phone trying to get it corrected. The gentleman at the desk however could have acknowledged me or even checked me in as I was waiting for over 10 to 15 minutes. I realize they may have been short staffed but clearly the traveler was on her phone and the process could have went faster. Then we went to the hot tub and after hearing several guests complain that their skin was starting to itch and yes you could smell the chlorine we decided to leave the hot tub. Apparently there was enough chlorine in the hot tub that it destroyed my swim suit with what was a navy blue and turned it gray. We could still smell the chlorine on ourselves after showering and the next day. Ok on breakfast. Try to keep hot items hot would be helpful.

The hotel was close to the shopping areas. We were close enough to the outlet mall and restaurants. Fun stay for the kids.

It seems like maintenance of equipment (spa and juice machine specifically) are a problem. Everyone seemed really engaged and attentive. Our room was good. We like to stay here.

Our room size was quite satisfactory but the bathroom was not thoroughly clean - as in, the edges of the floor were dirty. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast as it was very good and with lots of options. Overall, the facility looks like it needs a little updating.

it's an average hotel. moderately priced and clean. We had a couple small problems with our room and were given a new room immediately. Joe, who was working at the front desk was outstanding. Efficient, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied because of the inconvenience. Sadly, the pool/hottub weren't very inviting, the water didn't look very clean. The rest of the facility was very clean. The continental breakfast wasn't fancy, but very nice.

Convenient and comfortable
This is a very friendly, convenient and laid back place to stay. The staff is super helpful and the breakfast is really great. We had to switch rooms because of a missing remote control for the blinds, and the jacuzzi heater was out of order while we were there.

Came here specifically because they have a hot tub. I have arthritis and was looking forward to it. When we came down to pool and hot tub, note on door said hot tub heater not working. “ hot tub may be cooler than you’d like”. No one told us this on checkin or we wouldn’t have stayed. Hot tub was “cold”. So disappointing. Ran into manager in hallway. Expressed our disappointment. Why didn’t he tell us during checkin. “ Never thought of it. Sorry” Really put a damper on our stay.

Beds were not very comfortable. There was stuff all over the ceiling in the bathroom (looked like mold). Hardly no water pressure. Sink wouldn't drain. Shower curtain had black stuff on it also. Looked like mold.
