Other then the lack of signs that take you to the actual property it’s not to bad. You must drive thru a few bussiness to get to the actual hotel. They need more signs that direct you to there point of parking.

Heater didn't work first night. The shower was dirty. Room was dirty with cobwebs. The remote didn't work. There was items left over in the fridge. We moved rooms in the morning because we were freezing. That TV didn't work. The staff were nice and accommodated as much as possible. This place needs rennovated and updated. Maybe the owners need to take more pride in their facility and their staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself looked clean at first but then after a bit noticed the office chair was filthy, the bathroom floor sticky and the shower curtain had mold on it. It's a good place for a quick stay in and out of you can get past all of that.

We had the dirtiest room, the bathroom tub was black with footprints, the bed had multiple stains, there were bugs flying in the room, the lamp shades were stained and dented, overall would not recommend.

Not an easy entrance to find. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Fridge and microwave were clean. One concern was the bath mat had foot prints on it from a previous guest. Then I started to wonder how clean the room really was so I won’t be visiting again.

I did not appreciate the customer service. It was very much offensive and careless. A coat rack fell off the wall and landed on both feet causing my one foot pain. After I made contact with the male at the front desk, he was not concerned at all and told me I could go somewhere else. He also failed to notify me when I checked in, of the $150.00 deposit. Along with treating my family and I very rude.

Overbooked one property on site so was moved too their other property. This property was dirty everywhere. Mold between layers of the shower curtain. Whole facility was under construction with windows framed in with gaps too the outside. Man who checked in was trying too be very helpful but couldnt get either of the people from other hotel on the phone to assist. Took a long time to sort out my check in. When in the room the AC was not running and with the 90 plus degree day it was very warm and muggy in the rooms probably causing the mold issue.

The room was supposed to be smoke-free (like all their rooms), but when we opened the door, it smelled disgusting. Smoke seems to have permeated everything in the room. Turning on air conditioner/fan and opening the door didn't help. Also the white comforter had yellow statins... The man at the desk wasn't surprised I requested another room, but he said they'll all probably smell the same. He said it wasn't a jail and we could leave (funny) and we did. There was no charge for the half hour we were there.

Excellent staff interactions, very nice!!!
Room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom either through the wall or vent... Shower was tiled but the shower threshold was poured concrete exposed with no sealant. Bathroom had the tiny ants crawling all over the floor in February...The entry doors deadbolt did not work and the door had no additional latch... The staff I interacted with were attentive and kind!

Our room was non smoking but it smelled bad from someone smoking. By the time we left our stuff smelled like old smoke. But our bed was comfortable
