SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE IN THE CENTER OF THE TOWN OF ARTA WITH PARKING, HAS TWO PLANTS MORE SOLARIUM WITH SMALL SWIMMING POOL AND BARBECUE, 2 BATHROOMS, 2 BEDROOMS (4 PLACES + 2 SQUARES), VERY COMFORTABLE. FULLY EQUIPPED. LOCATED IN THE OLD TOWN NEAR THE CITY and several churches. Many unspoilt beaches within a radius of 10 km and tourist centers ALSO. Cozy townhouse in center of Artà

A gem in the heart of Arta
Our family, 2 adults and 4 children, spent 2 weeks in this truly original house in the center of town. Maria and Manolo have done a wonderful job making sure guests have all that they need. We loved being able to cool off in the small pool after a day of exploring and then walking a few minutes to the pedestrian zone for dinner. A truly unique place!

Great Place to stay
It was a really nice stay, the house is great and good to be at even with 5 people. The contact with Maria and Manolo was also very fast and friendly and we had everything we needed. If you rent a car it’s really close to some nice beach spots. Thank you very much!

Wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, der Ortskern ist zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen . In Arta gibt es alles, was man benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Cafe, Restaurant). Im Haus fehlt es an nicht, was man zu einem perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est fantastique et très spacieuse. L’emplacement de la maison et du parking sont idéals. À noter que seul le dernier étage à la climatisation mais sinon tout est vraiment tip top. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Maria et Manuel à Arta.

Ein super schönes Casa
mit einer tollen Gastgeberin, die mit Rat und vielen Tipps zur Seite steht. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich, den wir sehr genossen haben. Für eine Familie sehr gut geeignet, zwei Paare eher schwierig, da der obere Bereich keine Tür hat. Nichtsdestotrotz viel Raum in dem man sich aufhalten kann. Wer gerne kocht findet alles was es braucht in der Küche und draussen gibt es einen Grill. wirklich empfehlenswert!

schönes altes Haus mitten im Ort
Artá ist ein wunderbarer, kleiner Ort, fern vom üblichen Strand-Tourismus. Die ca. 100 Jahre alte Ferienwohnung wurde liebevoll restauriert, ist aber eher für max. 4 Personen geeignet. Der Swimming-Pool ist deutlich kleiner, als er auf dem Foto erscheint. Schwimmen kann man nicht, aber sich abkühlen. Check-In/Out problemlos, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Viele gute Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden im Umkreis zu Fuß. Einen Stellpaltz für ein Auto gibt es auch, der erweist sich als sehr wichtig, falls man einen Mietwagen hat.

Wunderbar, gemütlich und zentral
Schönbes Haus auf drei Ebenen mit teils offenen Zimmern. Es ist zentral gelegen und hat eine Terasse mit kleinem Pool und fantastischem Ausblick über Artà. Der Parkplatz liegt um die Ecke. Artà hat einen wunderschönen Stadtkern mit Restaurants, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Verschiedenste Strände und Touriorte in 15 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Perfekt für uns als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern. Danke Manolo für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Superbe vacances !!
Tout était parfait ! La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, elle est située dans un endroit calme ça fait du bien. Petite piscine vue sur les hauteurs après une journée à la plage c'est magique ! Rien à dire je recommande vivement, les hôtes sont très à l'écoute disponible et gentils.

Über den Dächern von Arta
Wir haben eine schöne Woche in mitten in Arta mit unseren Kindern in diesem urigen Haus in der Altstadt verbracht. Durch die Gassen abends noch einmal hoch zur Burg oder zu den Restaurants war immer noch ein Abendspaziergang wert. Toll war natürlich die Dachterrasse, wo man abends gut die Sterne beobachten konnte! Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert, die Gastgeber schnell bei der Kontaktaufnahme und allem und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Klimaanlage trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen nicht einmal anmachen müssen! Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz nur ein paar Meter weiter. Ein schöner Ort für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu verschiedenen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Maria und Manolo!

Très reposant et calme
Nous sommes venues avec 3 amies pour visiter Majorque, cette maison était vraiment un très bel endroit pour séjourner sur l’île. La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle et nous avons beaucoup profité de la petite terrasse avec piscine ainsi que la vue imprenable sur la cathédrale. C’était parfait !

Tolle Wohnung mitten in Arta
Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche fehlte nichts. Top Lage, eigener Parkplatz und man kann von hier alles gut und schnell erreichen. ein überragender Ort als Familie
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Arta. Das Haus super sauber. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Die Stadt nicht touristisch überlaufen. Die Strände in der Umgebung (Cala Mesquida und Cala Torta) überragend. Kurz: perfekt. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist nicht groß, aber optimal für das Glas Wein am Abend. Die Dachterasse ist nicht riesig, aber super ausreichend fürs gemeinsame Abendessen. Gut zu wissen: die Türen sind nicht schalldicht und das obere Schlafzimmer ist zum Treppenhaus offen. Aber wenn mans das als Familie oder mit zwei Ehepaaren geregelt bekommt, ist es eine wunderschöne Unterkunft für einen großartigen Urlaub.

Top-Urlaub in einem Stadthaus
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus mitten in Arta sehr genossen. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Übergabe der Schlüssel war absolut unkompliziert. Auch den kleinen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter!

Top Haus, in top Lage
Maria und Manolo, waren top Gastgeber.Sie haben ein wunderschönes Haus mitten in Arta. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gefallen hat uns der Pool auf der Dachterrasse, ist zwar nicht der größte, aber man kann sich herrlich abkühlen.

Mallorca Urlaub
Wir haben uns in dem Haus direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war so richtig, wie man sich ein Haus im typischen Mallorqinischen Stil vorstellt. Wir waren mit drei Pärchen angereist. Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, das ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten nur durch ein Sichtschutzregal getrennt war. Gott sei Dank haben wir uns gut verstanden und hatten keine nennenswerte Probleme miteinander. Dies sollte man vielleicht in der Beschreibung zukünftig erwähnen. Auch gab es keinen Pool zum Schwimmen, sondern nur ein kleines Becken, in der Größe einer Badewanne. Trotzdem haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht und viele schöne Abende auf der lauschigen Dachterrasse verbracht. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.
