We stay at this property towards the end of May 2024. The property is brand new, very modern and well kept. The staff are very pleasant and quite obliging. Parking is exceptionally easy and not outrageously expensive. The room itself was spacious and well furnished. I’m not sure I would describe it as luxurious, but it had a very sleek modern IKEA style look. The check in and check out experience was painless and smooth. The hotel is located in an excellent part of town, which is quiet, feels very safe and has excellent restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely do it again.

The rooms are fantastic at this 96-year-old vintage hotel. The staff are amazing. We loved how accommodating the valet and bell hops were. They made it very easy to retrieve and use our vehicle. Only 12 minutes from Pike Market and 5 minutes to the Freeway. The bar here is top shelf and the room service was great!

I was very disappointed in the restaurant. We had breakfast and the service was terrible. The food was not good and the price was way too high.
