My best friend and myself picked this hotel to stay out for the Rock the Country concert!! Everyone of the staff members were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay completely. Room was very clean and quite! Found a Great little restaurant around the corner! And enough fast food places to keep you fed! I was very happy with till Inn! I would love to come back!!

Had weekend stay while traveling, booked a double queen bed room. When first arriving at the room, the toilet would not stop running. Then proceeded to find a bedbug under the pillow. Went to the front desk to inform them and they provided us a new room, which was a single king bed but they had no other rooms available. They offered no discount for the issues, or gave us back the money we paid for the early check-in for our troubles. The second room key wouldn’t work and maintenance had to fix it. The second room’s toilet wouldn’t stop running either, and the bathroom fan sounded like a chopper…it was so loud. Overall the staff was kind and the second room was much cleaner. Not a 10/10 stay, won’t be staying here again, but it was a good enough stay for what we needed it to be for this weekend.

Due to the cold weather you have to pull tge door handle toward you and then push the handle down to open. Everything else was fine

Typically when visiting home we stay in a local motel because it is better for our situation, but I am becoming very hesitant of staying in these motels. The rooms are large and beds comfortable as well as the water pressure in shower is awesome, but the cleanliness of the rooms could be so much better. The floors look as if they havent been vacuumed in a while, the drawers, microwave and refrigerator were not cleaned properly, there were toenails in the drawers for Christ sakes. Then there were the roaches that come out at night. 3 surrounding the microwave and crawling in the floor on the dirty carpet! If I were to own a business like this I would be sure to keep an exterminator on my payroll!! I just want to be able to go home, whether it be for a funeral or just a visit, and stay somewhere CLEAN, to rest, shower, and have a place of our own to stay! I did not get much rest at all because, well, roaches! Pkease do better for your guests, if you cannot keep an exterminator to get rid of this problem maybe you should close the doors and move on. I will not stay here again, nor willnI recommend anyone else to stay as well.

The GM that checked me in was very nice but the heater in my room didn’t work and I had to switch rooms. Both were non- smoking but had a faint odor. Linens/bathroom was clean, but they could have paid more attention to the vacuuming.

The overall condition of the property wasn't bad. The staff was really kind, friendly, and professional. As I arrived at 2:30 am, the staff was amazing and deserve a 7 out of 5 star rating. The only complaint I can think of is that the room, which converted to non-smoking years ago, still had the lingering scent of cigarette smoke.

The property is very old but clean and comfortable and very inexpensive. They had a cute little complimentary breakfast. We chose this location in order to visit Carter Caves State Resort Park and then continue on to a wedding in Lexington.

Surprisingly clean. Cleaner than some rooms in upper scale places I stay at. Plenty of towels. Shampoo etc. Good housekeeper. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I'd stay again.

This was well renovated. Room was as good as much higher priced hotels. Breakfast was not as stocked as some but just having it was appreciated. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The mattress base had some uneven spot that made a noise when shifting but wasnt a huge deal. The bathroom was great flush of toilet was powerful. Shower pressure was strong water was hot quickly. Cable tv had good selection although signal on some channels was weak. Wifi didnt have any issues. Was able to have zom meeting and stream stuff with good results. Staff was friendly and helpful give them a raise!!!

The room was clean and had all the amenities ie, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc. you would want for an overnight stay. Being taller in stature, the one thing that gripes me about hotel showers is I almost always have to stoop to get wet, but not here! The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water for a very refreshing morning wake up and they also had a hair dryer and iron in the vanity area. The only gripe I have was the mattress itself was definately due for a replacement. In summation, if I ever need to stay in the Grayson area again, I would definately consider looking for a room here.

My wife found what she said was a toenail on the floor. the shower curtain didn't reach the bottom very well and there was obvious signs of water damage on the wall outside the shower, the shower itself was a very small standup stall. the bed was not particularly comfortable. the door was hard to open and close and looked like it had been damaged in a break in or something. the floor was dirty enough that the bottom of my socks turned black just from walking on the floor a little bit. the room had a funny smell when we first walked in.

they wouldnt let me check in till 630 i was told 3 when i got in the room it was dirty peanuts on the floor door lock was falling off no light in the bathroom toiletpaper holder fell out of the wall smelled like smoke door latch in bathroom kept locking me in coffee pot didnt work blood on the lamp shade it was the worst room i ever had i left a day early i was going to ask for my money back but i couldnt get out fast enough made for a very long ride home 743 miles with no sleep the place shoud be shut down and im being nice

It was great!
At first I was getting a little aggravated because I couldn’t get into my room I had to go back like 4 times. Then the girl at the front desk made me a new card yet once again then finally we made it inside. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all but then we fount a note from the cleaning lady Named Mary she thanked us for staying and so we wrote her one back thank you so much for that note that was the best trip I’ve had in such a very long time.

My husband and I had stayed on this property multiple times in the past, since we do have family in the area. I was absolutely baffled by our experience, versus the one that we had last summer. We lifted the mattress to find used needles under the bed. It was incredibly scary! Expedia was phenomenal and gave us our refund back. The phone numbers do not work for the hotel and the representative tried calling the hotel multiple times for permission to reimburse us for the stay. It was a good thing that we were sitting in the parking lot, because I walked in a just handed my phone to the front desk worker to get permission to do so.

Staff at chsck in a was very helpful and accommodating. She knew i needed a first floor room and when she didn't see one available she checked with housekeeping immediately to see if there was one ready. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
