Nothing to do around this hotel but go to the beach and the beach is terrible and doesn’t get much maintenance. The staff is nice and helpful. Pool area needs a good cleaning as well as the white sofas. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. Very outdated and needs attention. Shower pressure is low. Reception never answers the phone when called. Had to leave my room a few times just to talk to someone. Overall I give it a 3 out of 5. The food was good but it’s the same food everyday after that. The crows will definitely eat you food if you dont. But the lobby area and WiFi is good.

Amazing resort, beaches were stunning and good food options. Only downside is it is in the middle of nowhere, so you have to stay onsite at the resort (but we were aiming for an all inclusive relaxing holiday by the beach than a city break so it worked for us).

Hotel's website booking page is misleading , half board food options are sub standard , room maintenance is poor especially the showers, there isn't anything to do while there as the beach is so far away and you will have to wait for shuttle buses , value for money is low , I would not travel half way through the world to be there

the hotel is good new, the cleaning in the room is just great, the restaurants the kitchen is very tasty, but in some restaurants I work not very professionally, they confuse orders or bring more than ordered. pay attention to the work of waiters

Horrible Stay - Major Employee Revamping Needed
Horrible check in and check out - rooms are not clean and the food is horrible. Receptionist/hotel lobby employees laugh at you when you tell them something is not up to hotel standards. This hotel should be closed down as I saw multiple people at front desk angry and frustrated for various reasons.

Our stay was terrible, the spa is still under construction and the pool was not heated as we were told, limited transportation so we couldn’t go around. As for the dining, the service was great but the food was not good.

I LOVE everything about the hotel .. from the min you walk in to the lobby you feel very special, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are so clean with a very relaxing design that is made of white rocks last but not least the beach was beyond amazing I literally didn’t want to leave

Superb site with beautiful swimming pool. The food was excellent (including abundant fresh fruits & veggies). In principle, this resort has everything that one could need to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy a break from city life. However, there is one important downside: While the resort could constitute a perfect relaxing & spa-like oasis, there is unbearable dance music being blasted everywhere all-day long (from 10am to 11pm), which makes lounging by the pool, reading a book, taking a nap, or just having a quiet chat almost impossible.
