It was very bad in terms of cleanliness. The mattress cover and bed sheets were’t clean. The bathroom is also bad, when you take a shower the whole bathroom stays wet until next day! The only good thing about the room was that it was spacious.

Service on the rooftop below poor, and rude staff. The gym is not really a gym. One small room filled up with old machines, and dust everywhere. I feel like the housekeeper was only cleaning the toilet, making up the bed but no hovering the floor, resulting in dust everywhere. This resulted in myself sneezing for 4 days. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

This was my first time in Athens Greece and I was a little hesitant about the hotel but the staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind. The rooms were a great size. The bathrooms were amazing and the view of the city was breathtaking. I will be back. Hotel not too far from the town centre, Acropolis, shopping and dining.

The hotel was great, and there is a metro train station across the square. The metro is clean and quick. The neighborhood around the hotel is not bad, but it is just commercial - not a tourist area. The view from our room and the roof top cafe of the Acropolis was excellent.

The area around the hotel is quite run down however there ia a lovely Greek taverna opposite serving excellent food. The 'hop-on' buses are nearby. The hotel is fabulous with an amazing rooftop restaurant. Here breakfast is served with incredible city views and fantastic view of the Acropolis. Thd only problem we encountered was the shower, a rainfall style but it needed de scaling, the water was coming out in all directions and soaked the bathroom floor. The grumpy maintenance man couldn't see the problem, we couldn't use it unless we were prepared to step in and start off with a cold shower until it warmed up.

The Hotel was really good, I had the junior suite room 652. The view was fantastic of the Acropolis at night. The roof top bar was amazing. The only downside was the pool was closed, but I new that before I arrived. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The only issue was that your about a 20 min walk into the centre of the city. But if you like walking your ok. They do have taxi cabs outside to take you anywhere you want. Overall a fantastic 3 night stay.

A great location for visiting Athens for a few days. The hotel itself was lovely however the highlight was the rooftop bar with the views and amazing sunsets. You are approx. 25 minutes away from the sights and there is a lovely restaurant opposite along with the bread factory for breakfast. We plan to come back next year and will be staying here again.

Overall the place is good. The neighborhood feels a little unsafe, dirty and houseless people around winch can be intimidating. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and good service. One thing that was expensive, was the breakfast €28, but they do have variety of food to choose from.

Nice place, nice location!
Very good place to stay, need renewal in items such as TV. Nowadays, people connect their devices to smart TVs. TV are old and not smart, so there are very few international channels (1 or 2) and no option to use your streaming services die to the age of the TV.

The hotel rented out the property for private party and they kept playing loud music throughout the night so we could not sleep at all. To top it all up - we found a cockroach in the room - yes read that again! We called housekeeping who killed the cockroch and sprayed throughout the room - I found it loud, unhygienic, dirty and inconvenient. It's a shame since we stayed 2 more times previously and had no problems. We will not be staying here again due to poor and unhygienic experience.

Ideally located. Walking distance to an amazing bakery "Bread Factory" where 24/7 anything we wanted to eat was available. Also perfect location for the Hop on Hop Off bus which we totally relied on to see beautiful Athens. Staff and facility was amazing. We also loved the rooftop restaurant.

Great hotel and super friendly team. Rooms are in need of some tlc but clean and spacious. Good choice of breakfast. Views from rooftop bar are amazing - opposite the acropolis. Location is close to the Bouzoukia venues - 5 mins by car and 10 mins drive to Athens central.

We stayd 5 days to celebrate New Year and our engagement. Perfect location to explore Athens, but dont go furhter then thh excelent Greek Restaurant Minori accross the street (ask for Jonas). From the Wyndham Grand entrance its 10 meters...there is absolutely nothing around the streets surrounding the Hotel but bad streets and crime!! Bware!! After a morning/lunch/afternoon in the City exploring the top locations (acropolis, Plaka, Citi Centre, Musea, Gardens etc) & excelent food arround the whole city etc. retunring to the Wyndham feels like coming home. The staff is very friendly & breakfast is great choice of Greek specialitys (except from the juice bar - not fresh), have the staff teach yu how to make an original Greek coffee (so worth it), the spa service is excellent, we booked the NY Special with 6 course dinner at the ABOVE restaurant with view on the acropolis. In one word: AMAZING food with AMAZING Night View of all the fireworks! If you go ensure your room had acroplis view from lvl 7 or above (we stayed at 8 executive room). Engage with the staff and you find out the warm Greek culture and make personal connections and friends for life. I booked a wheelchair Accessible room and the toilet and shower seat were VERY low, making transfers very difficult. I asked if they could find a solution, eg a plastic raised toilet seat £20 on Amazon, but they didn't despite this also benefitting future guests. Difficult transfers resulted in a broken toilet seat on the Wednesday night and was not replaced when we left on Friday. The Hotel in all other respects was excellent for a wheelchair user but toilets and shower seats need to be at a height of about 60cm and although staff were helpful with directions and recommendations they weren't helpful in responding to my requests.

Hotel is excellent. Rooms are large and have every amenity, including bath robes, iron, safe, coffee, even an umbrella. Location is close to Metro and the Hop on bus stops right outside. Plus a nice family restaurant across the road. The views from the ninth floor are amazing. Only negative was the breakfast. The choice and presentation are very good, however all the hot food was lukewarm at best, as are the plates, so cold by the time you get it to the table. Another problem was every day you had to wait outside the restaurant for someone to come and unlock the door. Even though it was minutes past the opening time.
