The wireless network is rubbish and throughout my stay I couldn’t use internet unless I go out of the hotel. Staff are friendly but they need to upgrade their standard for better customer satisfaction

Proprietor required cash payment as card facilities not working, then refused to give receipt. Had to take photo of cash on the counter as evidence of my payment. Room has old CRT TV and no fridge. Room reasonably clean but not cleaned daily.

Dear Guest,Thank you for your comments.During your arrival we had an issue with the POS and we kindly ask if you want to pay cash for your convinience and for your quick chech in. Every customer stays at our Hotel get a receipt, uppon your departure you dont asked for your receipt. We can send your receipt to your email. Your reservation was for a "Singlre Room" and we clearly state that only "Deluxe Double" rooms have fridges.We are very sorry we do not meet your criteria as a budjet city Hotel, next time we will try our best to please you.Thank you.

A very old fashioned simple hotel. Staff were helpful, tv did not work, wifi did not work. Rooms are not cleaned daily.

If you're looking for a hotel room, this place will give you just that. It was very close to Agios Nicholas metro station so that made getting around very easy. The surrounding area is not too sketchy. Walls are very thin so whether or not you want, you will hear everything. Also just a heads up, DO NOT flush the toilet while someone is showering as the water temperature will get higher than Snoop Dogg on a Saturday night.

Reception was very friendly and did try to be accommodating. The room was basic and did have all you would need for a stay. We used it for sleeping only as we were out all day. There was only one outlet for the room which did present a challenge. The bathroom door could not be closed all the way and had no way to be locked. The shower head holder was broken and was told all the rooms were like this. Iron was not always available. It did have a balcony which was nice and could not hear noise from other rooms.

Posted pictures of the hotel were misleading. Overall, the property was dirty. The sixth floor rooms were small, dirty and old. I believe the posted pics of the property were limited to the first the floors. I’d avoid at all costs.

Impeccable cheap stay
It was impeccable. For the price I paid per night, I think it was a very good stay. The hotel is clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, just a small room with a very comfortable bed, and a nice welcoming reception.

The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The lift is unique too, I had never used a lift that I was to close the door myself. For the price that they offer, the condition of the facility is considered acceptable. But I do wish some of the facilities to be upgraded, such as the mattress, as I would sink in at some parts and feel the spring. Overall, I feel that apart from the mattress, everything else is valued for the price I paid.
