I only have 1 complaint about my stay. Upon check-in, there was 1 customer representative at the front desk and 1 woman in front of my party. We stood there at least 25 minutes and it did not appear as if any progress was being made with the woman in front - in all honesty, it did not even appear that she was checking in or out - they just stood there talking and talking while the patron's children even rode up and down floors on the elevator. Another gentleman came up and graciously got my 2-room party checked it (but he could not give us adjacent rooms, or even rooms on same hallway???)
We got to one of our rooms and the key-card did not work, but fortunately, the 2nd did. We then assisted my guests to their room. After about 30 minutes to freshen up, we went back to front desk and the same clerk was talking with the same woman as before, so the clerk had done nothing for well over an hour. The man was checking someone else in, but neither seemed motivated to provide another key for my room. We left for dinner and a show, and were able to replace the bad key around 1:00 am.
