Our stay was excellent. We were pleased with the wonderful breakfast buffet and the free drinks and snack in the evening that we weren’t even aware of. Room was clean and tidy and the view was spectacular (park view). The kids had a wonderful time and everything besides the zoo is within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We never heard any noise from other rooms and slept really good.

We made a quick overnight stay for a show at The Tabernacle. The hotel was easy to access, very close to several excellent local restaurants and walking distance to Olympic Park. We had a lovely room that was very clean, well lit, and quiet! Front desk personnel were very friendly, prompt and offered excellent suggestions for local attractions/eats/info. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and easy to access in the morning. Lots of seating and easy flow. We will be back!

Everyone was kind and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful, my son said the man making the omelettes (4/21/24, 8:30am) was “super nice” and “whatever he gets paid isn’t enough, he deserves a raise.” Staff were great, especially the woman who checked us in, she was lovely. Our room left some to be desired. Stains on the curtains and some of the sheets. Hair on the bathtub. Husband went to fill his water from the dispenser in the bathroom and some white film came out of it. I wasn’t atrocious, but as an avid Embassy stayer, it was surprising.

Property is ok. Parking valet is required and very expensive. Breakfast is decent. Location is near everything but does get very sketchy at night.

Very good. Would definitely stay again. I liked the breakfast but I wish the evening gathering had more food than just chips and dip. Years ago they had fruit and veggies as well. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Price, location and customer service was very good.

We reserved the executive suite for a weekend get away and it was a nice size, Stunning views but cleanliness was an issue. The shower curtain was dirty (bloodstained) and the throw pillow was drawn on and the dining table was sticky- syrup sticky. The furniture was very uncomfortable (miserable to be honest) in the living room- there are many other easy care options they could use. The mattress was also very uncomfortable and the bedding (duvet cover) looked and felt dirty. The towels were extremely scratchy and smelled as if they were "soured". The view was the absolute redeeming quality.

I only have 1 complaint about my stay. Upon check-in, there was 1 customer representative at the front desk and 1 woman in front of my party. We stood there at least 25 minutes and it did not appear as if any progress was being made with the woman in front - in all honesty, it did not even appear that she was checking in or out - they just stood there talking and talking while the patron's children even rode up and down floors on the elevator. Another gentleman came up and graciously got my 2-room party checked it (but he could not give us adjacent rooms, or even rooms on same hallway???) We got to one of our rooms and the key-card did not work, but fortunately, the 2nd did. We then assisted my guests to their room. After about 30 minutes to freshen up, we went back to front desk and the same clerk was talking with the same woman as before, so the clerk had done nothing for well over an hour. The man was checking someone else in, but neither seemed motivated to provide another key for my room. We left for dinner and a show, and were able to replace the bad key around 1:00 am.

We booked a few night for spring break. There are a lot of museums within walking distance. Meal options are great also. The hotel offers free breakfast, get in line early - people do cut the lines. Evening has a manager’s reception with free drinks and snacks, again get in line early.

Complentary drinks were nice, however the time window to receive them is too early. The breakfast buffet was good. The only parking available is valet, or pay to use another hotels lot. The only channels available are basic cable, you can not connect your streaming devices to the television. You get free basic WiFi to check emails, if you want to be able to stream video’s you need to pay extra per day for a higher WiFi. This was not a hotel for leisure and conveinence unless you have a lot of money. It is very close to the main attractions in Georgia.

The overall rooms were ok, but the city of Atlanta on the weekend here is not were you want to be with a family at all. I flew in for business, but decided to go to a Hawks game across the street at the State farm Arena the day I flew in. So busy so loud up and around the hotel and hardly impossible to park with the valets in the hotel. The valet peopl during the week are nicer, but the weekend valets are totally different. I went to retrieve my car in the morning to go to my event and noticed that the passenger side mirror had been broken. The valet never even mentioned it. When I returned I notified the hotel and they said its not their compnay, but they would relay the information. THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE! Embassy Suites should not outsource the valet service. I stay for a couple days and check out on Monday, I brought the issue up again with my mirroe being broken and the ES Manager on duty (on the weekday) took care of business like the weekend staff should have. I was wlaked over directly to the Valet Manager who was not the Manager fhat the ES staff said I had talked to on the weekend. I filed an incident report and he gave me a copy to follow up. Its not that I was upset with the ES staff on the weekends, because the crew that checked me in (Jamal and his co-workers) were very nice and did a wonderful job, but after they left, it was a little different. My advice to ES is that they hire more staff on the weekends, more security (seems like alot of people loitering around
