FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND WORST HOTEL. This hotel was supposed to have 2 queen beds in the room but instead it was 2 full beds. Multiple places were missing pieces of the flooring and the subfloor was showing underneath. The bedsheets had specks of dirt on them. The shower had a square cutout near the handle of the faucet. The floors were filthy and left our feet dirty from walking on them. It smelled of marijuana and there were multiple roaches inside of the room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Did not bother asking for a refund because I have seen so many reviews saying they don't refund and are rude.

It was absolutely horrible rooms are disgusting this front desk is absolutely rude and atrocious. A bunch of crackhead and meth heads, within being here 24 hours we watched a man get almost thrown over the balcony, we were offered drugs. The front desk woman who's there in the morning is extremely rude and doesn't know laws when it comes with service dogs my bathroom had black mold and some orange thing growing in it and when we showed the front desk they told us to let him know the next morning they would move us and instead they try to throw us out. It offers breakfast but all they have for breakfast is two kinds of cereal powdered milk one type of juice and then toast and the butter for the toast is in a big tub so everyone has to share the same butter they don't even offer the little butter pads. I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone do you want a cheap hotel go to the Days Inn do not come here

Absolutely filthy. Our room smelled like smoke, our sheets had stains all over, holes and even cigarette burns. Filth all around the property. We slept with our coats on. Disgusting. Hopefully we didn’t bring bed bug home with us.

It was nasty, there were strange people around, SECURITY was not doing their job! It was just an unsafe environment and I was not about to stay there with my 8 year old daughter!

Elevator was very dirty in smelly, no one at the service desk at check out, we found a roach in the bathroom, soap in the bathroom was so small, sheet on bed was dirty with stain. Was just horrible!

After we spent 45 min looking for this property - because it still had the old signage (The Baymont). The man at the desk told me that there were no more rooms available even though I had a paid Reversation. After some upset discussion on my part, he found a room. As we walked down the hall looking for our room number which was a Magic Marker on the wall. I walked into the bathroom and there was a bug in the tub. The sink didn't drain. The bed was soft. The floor was sticky. There was no ice machine. The whole place looked as if all the previous items ( toilet paper holder, towel holder, lock on front door) had been ripped out. We would have moved but we checked with 4 other hotels in the area and they were full. This was truly the worst hotel/motel we have ever been in.

You booked me a room at Budget Inn, yet the sign and all the badging says Baymont. Very difficult to find among all the other hotels here. I was here approximately ten minutes before someone attempted to sell me drugs. Dirty, ugly and situated among what appears to be Skid Row. Even though I just needed a place to sleep on my way to Florida, I would have appreciated it if you could have mentioned these facts in your listing.

this was one of the nastiest places I have ever had to stay. they have wayyyyy to many roaches. nasty ghetto rude neighbors its literally the hood. this place is so nasty you need a std check after sitting on the toilet' got ready to check out at 7:30 no one came until 8 horrible

Don't Stay at ANY Price...Condemn this Hotel
This hotel should be condemned! Multiple code and licensing violations: No fire extinguishers, no escape routes/rates posted on the door, the outside egress doors would not unlock from the outside, the elevator inspection expired last year, the floor indicator didn't work, the door control buttons were missing; there was an ice bucket in the room but there was NO ice, there were coffee packets in the room but there was NO coffeemaker. We stayed at this hotel because it was reasonably priced and they advertised they had breakfast--they DID NOT have breakfast. This hotel should NOT be on Hotels.com, it should be shut down!

These guys don’t even know what cleanliness is. Ton of bugs. They keep crawling every where and keep dropping. Breakfast included as per booking, but no breakfast. Elevator exits, but doesn’t work for few floors. No house keeping. People smoke, fight, shout in corridor’s. Not safe. Terrible!! Terrible!!
