Property is very old and not clean. Ice machine was broken and have to go to first floor all the way opposite of our room.
They advertise Starbucks inside of hotel but it’s never opened.
The guy at check out was super friendly. I didn’t like the fact that we had to find the elevators, they are no where near the lobby. The beds were ok kind of iffy if there was fresh bedding I always bring my own cleaning supplies though & spray everything down. The stay was decent.
Property was dirty n unmanaged. Staff was inexperienced and not customer savvy. Even after multiple calls from me shari g I would travel lo g way with kid n family n checkin late to please get a decent room.. I was shut down stating they knkw n provide best hospitality n no need call back n let them know.. bit when we checked in room was dirty with bad pu gent moldy smell all around damaged restroom potty drapes etc.. had to go back n again request a better room n i was assigned another room which was not good but ok better then previous.. still run down n damaged drapes .. I was also promised 2 day Bistro breakfasts for 2.. however I was charged fully for those at check out and upon multiple calls they mention they will get back but nothing happened yet. Even at checkout time I asked and they rudely said I dont know about how rhese get processed but they do.. and those charges will never go through my credit card but they did eventually and now no ody is helping.
Such a worse customer service and bad hospitality.. totally not upto Marriott standard.
Will never stay at this property again.
I was able to check in right at 3:00. The clerk had my keys in hand and all info in a matter of minutes. I found a clean, comfortable room, a beautiful outdoor seating area at the pool, exercise room in great condition, and a spotless lobby and hallway. I felt safe and comfortable all weekend.
The mattress was too soft and the ac/heat was very noisy when it was running. Also bothered me to pay $122 for a room and did not get a complimentary breakfast.
Check in was quick and easy hotel up to date room was quiet clean and comfy hotel staff were amazing knowledgeable of area which was nice close to a lot of stores and places to eat overall safe neighborhood compared to others in area
Nice staff and clean rooms. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Nice place to stay around Peachtree Corners/Norcross area. It's opposite a target and publix and close to a few shopping places. It would be nicer if the hotel provides complimentary breakfast.
Ice machine out of service. Inconvenient for one person front lobby/desk staff to help with ice.
Choices for food priced like a 6****** restaurant. Won't be booking Courtyard properties in the future.
Never had a problem before. Asked for specific room with balcony because this is the reason I stay there, the receptionist was very rude and did not accommodated us. Next day we moved to different room and the aircondition wasn’t working. Asked them to fix it and they never did. What a shame
