The greatest getaway

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: I liked the fact I didn't have to do anything.
Location: The location was good and there was a lot to do, within walking distance.
I really enjoyed myself. The staff was just excellent. I planning on another trip there soon.

Wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and even sent cookies and a toddler size robe to the room. The next morning we awoke to find a basket of toddler bathing products for my daughter along with a rubber duck.

Nice downtown hotel-lovely lobby and pool

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Lobby, Pool, Views
Cons: Dining staff
Room was very nice and staff was great- Sunday Brunch was a little disappointing- waitress was untrained and very inattentive. Food was good. Not overwhelmed. I prefer the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta.

It's the 4 seasons

Everything you would expect from the best. If I had to pick on something would be the air only turned down to 65 but felt like 75 at night. Other than that it's the best.

Four Seasons Excellence in Atlanta

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: professional thru and thru
Cons: regular internet is so/so
Location: location is fine but like everything in Atlanta can't really walk much
The hotel in Atlanta lives up to one's expectations for the Four Seasons. From the 3rd floor lounge to the Spa to the well appointed rooms the hotel is 5 star. The staff are exceedingly well trained and helpful to a fault. We were checking out but had to go for breakfast first outside the hotel. We left our bags and came back to our bags being in our car which was at the front door. Certainly the extra mile

Luxury so great you won't want to leave the hotel

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: It is about to have a multimillion dollar reservation though I could not see why.
Location: Botanic gardens, aquarium, shopping, museums.
Wonderful experience. We had a basic room but still everything about it was beautiful. We were only there two nights but had housekeeping every day and trundown service every night. ThenSunday buffet was awesome. It has one of the best fitness rooms Inhave been in. My husband had a great massage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable hotel, helpful staff

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: The staff.
Cons: The wifi and charging for a bottle of water in the room. In my experience most five star hotels give you a bottle of water.
The room was comfortable and clean, although nothing special. The hotel staff (both front of house and in the restaurant) were very helpful and were happy to arrange a late check out for us. Downsides: (a) the wifi was hopeless (unless you want to pay to upgrade), which is a real pain and (b) no complementary water. We arrived after huge flight delays at about 2.00 am in the Atlanta heat and couldn't get a bottle of water without paying $4.50 for it. At £290 for a room, you would have thought they would give you a small bottle of water without ratcheting a further $4.50 from you.

Great choice to stay while in Atlanta.

Front Desk and Concierge were very helpful with all questions and concerns. Love the Central area of mid town and MARTA station right around the corner very convenient. The steam room and sauna were an added bonus to our stay. We ate in the dining room and enjoyed the lounge during our stay as well, all very pleasant experiences. If you like Sunday brunch don't miss out this one is packed with amazing offerings.
