The people were friendly, the rooms were clean and it was centrally located. I would definitely stay again. However, the hotel is old and I found certain things in need of updating or repair. The toilet rocked every time you got up from it. There was mold in the caulking around the tub and the water backed up in the tub when the faucet or shower was on.

First room wreaked of bleach, bathroom under construction. Moved to new room which was better, but blow dryer broken. Charge $50 incidental fee even though room fully paid.

Thank you for the response. I am so sorry that the bathroom was in the condition it was in. It was worked in after hskp cleaned it and mistakenly was not put out of order. The blow dryer looks like it has been damaged by a fall of some sort. Thank you for letting us know, I put a brand new one in there. The 50 incidental deposit is required by every guest., pre-paid or not. This is in case of damages to the room, or if you wanted to charge things to your room. It is standard practice within the hotel industry. If you come through again I can assure things will go much better. Have a great week!

The hotel is a little tricky to get in and out of. When you come up from the south its entrance is right in front of a merging lane. The hotel itself is a typical Hampton Inn with nothing really bad about it, but also nothing that really stands out about it. Not sure when they started every other day room service, but we went to another, different brand, hotel after this one and it was the same way. The staff was okay, but not overly friendly. Breakfast offered a wide selection. It is right off the interstate with a straight shot into Atlanta.

Thank you so much for the detailed review. We know the entrance is tricky, we have added signs to help direct guests to use the back entrance, but I know those signs are even hard to read, especially when you are not familiar with this area. The way Hilton has it right now it is upon request for service. There are mirror clings in the bathroom explaining it a little bit more. When are housekeepers are not overloaded with check out rooms they clean stay over rooms everyday despite the "request housekeeping service" standard that Hilton has in place, but sometimes they are just very busy and can't do it. I am sorry they weren't able to service your room every day of your stay. When you come again just let us know and we will be sure to get you service anytime you need it. Hope to see you again soon! The front desk employees were rude, unprofessional. when I approached the front desk, it was unmanned. I looked for them when an employee came out from behind room and very rudely told me “we cannot have you come in here.” when I was not anywhere close to the room behind. The worst temperament I ever saw. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend this place at all.

I am so sorry you felt the staff was being extremely rude to you. We never want our customers to feel bad or be treated badly. Unfortunately, we have had some bad experiences with people stepping behind the desk and it was probably more of a defense position she took. I do apologize and will have a conversation with her in regards to how she should of handled this situation. I hope this does not deter you from staying in the future. Have a great week!

The room was clean , and quiet. Nice amenities and free breakfast was very good. Parking was good and secure but didn't cost extra.

We do try to give service to every guest every day, but if we are not able to we give service to the guests who requested service. I am sorry you did not receive service the last time you stayed. 20 mins outside of metro ATL
My stay was clean, quiet, and convenient. Cleaning services were superb… I love when I can smell when something has been cleaned and sanitized. The breakfast every morning was a major help considering ATL’s brunch scene. Great location, right off of 85 South and next to a stellar seafood restaurant. Can't go wrong.

The front desk agents were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and up to date. Rooms were clean, Comfy and had everything we needed. Parking was accessible and large. Restaurant next door was very convenient.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We have something here called continuous air flow, so it does not work like a typical exhaust fan. I am sorry that this was confusing, it confuses a lot of people.
