Mala experiencia. Aún llamando al hotel para solicitar el shuttle del aeropuerto no dan la información adecuada y no dicen aun preguntandolo explícitamente que no recogen de la terminal internacional y que hay que dirigirse a la terminal de vuelos domésticos. Me tomo dos horas llegar al hotel por su mala comunicación. No vale lo que cuesta este viejo, descuidado y cobraron mas al llegar de lo que había reservado por expedía. Pésima opción tristemente no cumple para mí con los estándares que generalmente tienen los hoteles Hilton.

Serves its purpose but that's about it. Obviously noisy because its next to the airport. But no daily parking like other hotels. I was charged $15 to park overnight in the hotel parking lot? What is that about? We had to drive to a Park and Fly in the morning, since they can't let you park long term. The room had a 16 foot ceiling which echoed horribly. 3/4 of the room lights didn't work and it smelled like chlorine since it was next to pool. Served its purpose for a night but never again.

I imagine this was a very nice place in 1990, unfortunately little has been done since it was new. Carpets are old and dirty. Room was similar to what you'd find at a motel 6. Mattress was hard as a brick. Bed clothes were worn from use. Staff was a mixed bag. One interaction was very pleasant and helpful. Another, the staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. Area is not one to go out after dark. Still can't figure out why they charge guests a $20 fee for parking. If they're going to charge for that, shouldn't it be in the room fee? First room was dirty i was requested to move by housekeeping staff, the 2nd room was just ok, i was so tired i just settled. No composition or anything. Customer Service was nice but rooms need better care.
