Purchasing items from the convenience store by the Front Desk proved to be inconvenient as the limited staff at the Front Desk had to handle a long line of travelers trying to check in. Another long line forming at the convenience store. One guest had to ask if he "should leave without paying", as he had waited for more than 30 minutes (I waited about the same only because I absolutely needed the item I was trying to purchase). The bar/lounge in the lobby was the only good thing about this place! The staff was courteous and the food was very good! Breakfast was the most absolute disappointment of this stay. I had to ask for hot coffee after being served cold coffee! The food option and presentation was not worth one third of what they charge. Note to self: never again!

The hotel was in a very convenient location from the airport and was extremely close to lots of food places. The pool area was very beautiful, just wished it was heated since it’s still cold outside.. However, they charge $25 a day to park. Which I felt was a little steep. I’ve never paid for parking when I went on vacation before. Also, the cleaning people never dropped us off toilet paper or clean towels while they were cleaning.

This is an older, run down hotel that needs a an update. Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle to airport was timely and quick. Otherwise, it felt tired and semi-clean. 2 drinks in the lobby bar came to $50. With so many options by the airport, this one isn't worth it.

My room had to be changed the air conditioning didn’t work . The next room they gave us old candy was on the floors . No one came and cleaned our room when I asked several times . I stayed here before . I will never stay here again

Lobby area looks great and service is excellent. Unfortunately my bathroom was out dated and not very clean. There was mold in the shower and hair in various places of the bathroom. The air conditioner was noisy and kept waking me up. Room service was prompt; food was average. It was ok for one night, but I would not stay longer than that.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. The shuttle bus was a little late behind picking us up from the airport but thats better than them not showing up at all. Even though the parking was just a few dollars more for parking. I felt beeter about it, because its in a gated area.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Westin! The indoor pool was amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The tub was slow to drain, maybe they should update the bathroom to just showers. I don’t know? The elevator was always working, the lobby was most definitely a vibe. The huge gigantic flat screen TV was a plus! My daughter and I came here for a quick Spring Break getaway! The only downside was we didn’t request a top floor room with a great view! We will come back!

We were told the shuttle would pick up and 15min and 45min mark every hour. We arrived at 12am, from long travel day with a 2 and 5 year old. 15 min mark comes. No shuttle. I called at 12:20, was told it would be there in 2 mins. It never came until 45 after. Then, 1 front desk staff checking in a line of people. We got to our room at 1:36am.. the second desk personnel didn’t come out until we started complaining because the line was so long and moving so slowly.
