It was a cute little place and had basically everything you needed. Clean and comfortable. We checked out Autrain falls and it was a great weekend getaway.

Beautiful area
The property was nice! Clean, warm and well equipped with everything but wash cloths and paper towels. The river was very pretty & the surrounding area was nice. We ate at Foggys and they have super nice staff and delicious food! Cindy was responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy Cabin near Autrain River
Cozy cabin near the Autrain River. Updated and roomy bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Neighboring cabins are a bit too close. Owner very nice.

Winter Get-away in the U.P.
We traveled to the UP to view the waterfalls in the winter and to hike some trails. Even though the weather was warmer than usual and the amount of snow was very small, the scenery and landscape were very beautiful! The cabin was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was the best-stocked that I've ever experienced. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do.

Snowmobile Trip
Great cabin! Close to the snowmobile trail. Would definitely recommend it. Can also see that it would be a great place in summer. Kayak, canoe and boat rentals nearby.

UP Exploration

Clean, comfortable cabin - a real gem!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, cozy, clean cabin! Pleasant riverview location; short drive to the beautiful AuTrain Beach. Perfect home base for Munising falls and Pictured Rocks. Perfect place to home base and explore from! A wonderful, welcoming, warm home to come back to after a day out! Centrally located to make it easy to venture out in any direction! Very comfortable, great internet, cabin has lots of personality. Only comments: wasn't clear how to access the kayaks on site, as it turns out was a little chilly for that anyway. I also never did find a hair dryer, but needed a new one at home so just bought one on our first day.

Great little getaway
My husband and I rented the Robins Cabin for our honeymoon and met our expectations and exceeded. The cabin is on a nice spot near the river to sit at a table and just relax. Close to near towns to wander and tour around. WiFi was a little wonky but it worked for what we needed. I would rent this spot out again, if/when we come back up.

Our 2nd Time at Robbin's Nest - Another Great Vacation
The property was clean and well stocked, had everything we needed. Nice to relax on the porch, it's near the firepit and has a good view of the river, maybe 30 feet away? There are no closets so we used the 2nd bedroom for our stuff. For 2 people and our dog, it was perfect. We're already booked for next year. Thanks Cindy!

Nice cabin
The cabin was stocked very well and updated too. Great place to stay if visiting Pictures Rocks. We were a group of 4 senior adults and the 2nd bunk bed was very tight and small and it’s little head space. Otherwise, everything else was clean and cozy.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. A couple things I would address to the owner. 1. There is an awesome river to canoe for free. Owner has all supplies however, there is nothing stating this or directions as to how to go about getting the canoes, paddles etc. 2. It is pet friendly which is awesome. The carpet is filthy and you can see pee stains in several places. We wore shoes always. Some vinyl flooring would be amazing and remove that dirty carpet. 3. Bathroom tub would not drain. Overall it was clean and a good location. I would address the above issues and it would be an amazing little cabin.

Annual UP trip

Nice spot, right on the river
We did not spend much time at the property, but it was a great jumping off point for visiting waterfalls. Canoers and kayakers would also love the location. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Perfect cozy cabin
We had a fantastic time at this cozy and well-equipped cabin. We loved the UP decor of this tidy and inviting accommodation. The check in/out was a breeze! It was so much fun exploring all that the UP has to offer in the winter and we will definitely return this summer to take advantage of the kayaking in the summer.

Senior Trip
We rented this for our kids that are all seniors graduating together. They are all cousins graduating from the same school. 2 of the 4 will be attending NMU this fall. With them all 18 and the last turning 18 on the 28th it was perfect little taste of freedom with us parents not far away at all haha. You place is so cute and we loved popping over to see it. Just loved all the wood. I loved how warm it stayed inside. This kids said the beds are comfortable, I took a little nap while they went over to Eben Caves. The couch is very comfy. Thanks again for opening your home up. It is lovely!

So since my stay last stay a year ago. I almost hate to leave such a good review because it's already booked for the summer. But they deserve it. WiFi is 00 better and they remodeled the bathroom which was already fine. I just can't say enough about how good this place is. The only thing that beats it is my time share in Florida. Keep up the great work. See more trips here in the future.

Perfect quaint location central UP
I stayed here to go snowmobiling and it was a great location that we could ride right from the house. Parking is a little tight but we just had a two place trailer. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedding was clean and and tidy. Owner Cindy was very kind was easy to work with.

Snowmobile trip to the UP, and this unit is a gem.
Communication with Cindy was great. This unit was exactly as described and was immaculate. Cindy had supplied many extras like seasonings and condiments that we were not used to or expected. We rode our sleds right from the property a short distance to get to the groomed trail system. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

We had a great time on our first winter trip to the U.P. The cabin was the perfect place to relax and warm-up after being outside all day. There was plenty of space for the three of us and our german shepherd. Very clean and fully stockd with anything you would ever need.

Great for ATV ride
The accommodation was superb. Very clean and cozy spot. We went and rode ATV trails. Stops were excellent. Buckhorn Resort food was excellent, Chatham pub has great atmosphere friendly staff. Went to Casino and Froggys Tavern my new favourite pub and restaurant. The area offers so much for great scenery. Thank you for a great stay.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods
Amazing little place! The cabin was neighboring a few other small cabins, which made it feel like a camping community. No one else was there during our stay, but I don't feel it would have been noisy or crowded if there was. The cabin itself was perfectly clean, smelled amazing, updated features, and easy check in. Marquette and Munising are both close enough for day hikes and we had the best pizza from Froggys! The only way to make this place better would be some comfy blankets on the couch and an updated mattress in the main bedroom (2 adults fit fine, just sank a bit to the center #extrasnuggles). 12/10 will stay here again.

Wonderful Family Cabin
The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The water being close was nice for fishing and canoeing. It was wonderful to have right outside the front door! If you have children, the bed situation was good for the little ones. The cabin was centrally located for things to do in the area. We stayed a whole week and could have stayed longer...lol

Tranquility along the river.
My husband, dogs, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We'll maintained, clean property, with a stunning view along the river. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning, and fires by the river at night. Good location, not far from Lake Superior, with the cutest small grocery store, with about anything you'd need, down the road.

Peaceful cabin for our family
Our family had a wonderful stay here at the cabin! The river in front was beautiful, I was able to kayak along the river a little bit and enjoyed the area. The cabin was just the right size for our family of three, and my little girl loved the bunkbeds! The house was clean and well-kept, end it was a nice quiet area. We were able to park our truck and boat in front of the house.
