The home features four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and thoughtful amenities like bikes, a propane grill, a highchair and Pack n Play, a coffee bar, an electric-powered chairlift, and smart tvs. Additional sleeping options are available, and on-site parking is provided for 3 vehicles. We offer free on-site parking for three vehicles, with additional parking available on State Route 56, including spaces for oversized vehicles. Please note that the road to the home is narrow and parking spaces on-site are tight. For added security, the home is equipped with outdoor security cameras and a video doorbell.

The house is beautiful and the view of the river outside our door was fantastic. I loved getting up and watching the sun rise over the river every morning! The stair lift was important for my brother to come to visit as he can't climb stairs well.

Great getaway with variety of places to visit all around!
Great historic area, along the river and less than 20 minute ride to Perfect North slopes. We didn’t get to utilize the park and walkway area because of weather but we had a great time and took a short drive to downtown Cincinnati since we were about a 30 mins away. A lot of food options near by, including 3 grocery stores. The only negative would be the narrow entrance hallway to go up into the house but there is a handicap chairlift so if you had an older person staying with you, it would be helpful. We had two families with 5 kids and had a great time!

Very nice home with a fantastic view!
This is a very nice home with a fantastic view of the Ohio River. We were traveling with three adult couples and we chose this home as it included three bathrooms. It also had a nice powder room off the living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had quality appliances. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper. We appreciated the Welcome Book of information and the candy. The chairlift is nice for those who would need it. The downstairs bedroom is great for anyone with mobility issues. The front deck facing the river was a favorite place for visiting with our friends. We stayed for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The area where the house is located is beautiful.

Wonderful house for our party of 9! Plenty of towels, linens and even roller beds if needed. Complimentary coffee and a very nice view of the river. We visited the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and this house was in the perfect location for our stay. I highly recommend staying here! Also recommend Snappy Tomato for a close pizza place that delivers, Aurora Diner has a great breakfast. You must try the GOETTA. Never heard of it before but I would have it again! Mick’s Restaurant and Sports Bar has great apps, sandwiches, and wings. And lastly don’t miss going to Flavors ice cream and deli. The upside down banana split was delicious! All 9 of us left happy and full of ice cream.

Our family was visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter for a few days which is what brought us to this house. There were 9 of us total, 5 adults and 4 kids under 8. The kids all enjoyed the bicycles that were there for use. The deck was enjoyed by us all as we watched the tug boats/barges maneuver the river. It was also a great place to eat as well as the large dining room table inside. The street the house is on is quite narrow, keep this in mind if you have a large to extra large vehicle, however there is plenty of parking and we were able to park our three vehicles comfortably.

We stayed here for a long weekend visit to the creation museum and the ark encounter. The creation museum was about a 20 minute drive and the ark about an hour away. The house was great for our group of 6 adults 2 teens and 3 kids. The extra rollaway beds were perfect for the kids. We fit one in the bunk room and one in the upstairs master. The kitchen was well stocked. They had nice clean white towels too and plenty of them. Beds were very comfortable. The bikes were a nice addition to the house and we used them to ride the short ride to the park across the street. The deck is beautiful and we loved sitting out and enjoying the the River view. My mom has a hard time with stairs and she was able to use the chair lift with no trouble to get to the main living space where the dinning room kitchen and living room are located. Great place to stay! Also we ate one night at mavericks about a 10 minute drive and it’s delicious!

Great weekend getaway with river views!
We really enjoyed our stay at Samantha’s property! Left candy bowl and card to welcome us which was a thoughtful touch!! Celebrated New Years Eve there and spent two nights. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Home was very clean and only small complaint is you will have to take groceries and bags up flight of stairs to get to the main level and three upstairs bedrooms. (There is a lift, but we were to nervous to operate it) :) there is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom for those who may have trouble with the stairs. Kitchen is well stocked and full washer and dryer for extended stays. Recommended a rug by the back slider and maybe a box fan for the upstairs for folks that may get a bit on the warm side! Beds were very comfy. Cute park across the street is a small walk for littles. All in all a nice getaway spot!
