- The first night incredible noise above us till after midnight reception sorted out. No shower gel or soap, no washing up product, no kitchen cloth, no sponge. Bathroom very small - not very good designed. Big terrace, elevator, nice pool, good and friendly staff, kids like it,

Very good location with very good transport links to both local and Intercity locations. Very helpful staff even before arriving with transport options and also whilst staying there. Local shops and restaurants close by Very clean through out and helpful housekeeping staff. Comfortable room good wifi. Could purchase nice reasonably priced breakfast and evening dinner if required. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again

An enjoyable stay
The hotel was in a very good location on the outskirts of the main strip. The check in was straightforward and the staff were very professional and helpful when ordering taxis etc. The room was functional, clean and spacious and was serviced daily.

Budget friendly off season hotel of high quality.
Nice newer clean rooms with friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Studio room had working mini-refrigerator and electric stove along with a separate kitchen sing to wash dishes. Plenty of cabinets, desks, and AC outlets for your electronic equipment. I was there during the off season so I didn't have to pay the Air Conditioner extra fee so the rate was very reasonable.

Hotel was located on the main street so restaurants/stores were within walking distance. Not ideal for a family as most of the residents were young and rowdy. Room was clean, though did not offer partial sea view as paid for. Amenities were ok but lacking in some aspects such as no clothes line to hand towels, no dishwashing rack to dry dishes, no conditioner or body wash offered etc. The spare bed provided was a fold out camping bed which was very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Very nice stay
We enjoyed the stay at the Evabelle hotel! Room was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and welcoming, the hotel is well located (several beaches around, the Musan is near). Some small issues: not so much utensils to prepare food, especially no glass in the room (I asked twice at the reception), no handsoap or any toiletries as indicated in the description and the a/c in the living room seems to not working

Good location, clean rooms.
I extended my stay after checking out early that morning for a day trip. The young lady who checked me in was very pleasant. The room was smaller than my previous one but this one over looked the pool which was nice as the first room overlooked the temporary parking in front of the lobby. The hotel bartender was friendly and fun to chat with about Cyrpus life etc. The hotel is attached to a 24 hour convenience store which was great. It’s a short walk to bars and restaurants and not too far to the boardwalk and nearby beaches. Very basic rooms but they were clean.

Minimalist decor with a great location
I stayed during the off season when 90% of hotels, restaurants etc were closed for the season. When I walked in the staff member went on like she had no idea why I was there which wasn’t very welcoming. She finally found my booking and was warmer from there. The room was spacious and clean, very minimalist. For the price at the off season rate it was fine. My room overlooked the entry parking lot even though they were only at about 10%. Easy walk to everywhere in town. The bartender was very pleasant.

The room was very clean and had a fridge kettle and small toaster. The shower was modern and clean with glass panel. No bath. Had a view of the sea. Had a lovely pool area.

Staff very friendly & helpful The whole hotel was very clean & the rooms are a very good size. They have also been renovated to nice and fresh, mine had a massive balcony The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of napa so easy to get to everywhere. I will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic apartments, great value for money, very spacious, everything in good working order (air con, fridge etc), bed And pillows very comfy good shower, reasonable WiFi (downside was having to keep reconnecting after non use, no big deal). Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet location. Underground parking was a little tight, but there is space opposite on waste land. Breakfast fantastic value for money, and good standard. Lunches looked nice. Drinks priced well, good cocktails. Pool spotlessly clean, no issues with sun chairs. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to spend a fortune.

We are a young couple with a 1 year old baby stayed for 1 night! EVERYTHING was great, the check in, the room, the pool, the breakfast! We requested a baby cot and they gave it to us for free! We also requested a late check in and they also offered us for free! Great staff!! Made our stay with our child very easy!!

The reception and cleaning staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was mopped out every other day. I liked the sunny balcony but while the complex is reasonably well located in town for restaurants and bars the main road outside is quite busy. The issue I have is with the kitchenette - it is sparsely equipped and really only ok for preparing snacks.

This place is in the middle of Ayia Napa on main street (Nissi), between Nissi beach and the harbour, in centre of restaurants, shops, cafes,The fun-park is 200 m. Bus stop to/from Protaras, Nissi beach, etc.100m We took the bed-room appartment. It is very spacious, kittchen-living space with sofa-bed table, chairs, kitchen, toaster, electric stove,refrigerator, plates, cups,etc Everything working fine. The beds in the bedroom good. The internet works very good.

It was ok. some issues on the way.
Over all a neutral experience. Hotel is nicely situated. The block our apartment was has gone through a basic renovation. We found some ants in the apartment and we had to spray insect repellent all over the place just to be sure they do not come back. We had to put up with extremely noisy neighbouring apartment. These people thought it was ok to have a party with loud music until early in the morning!

Noisy in the evening and at night
The hotel has a lot of youth. Very noisy in the evening, when the guys are going to parties and at night when they return. The room has a mini kitchen, but there is no sponge and dishwashing liquid. Reception staff invited us to buy a sponge in the store. Once in the shower a big cockroach ran.
