The room was very nice and comfortable. Really liked how it was set up and the bed was very cozy. quick check in at the front desk. great breakfast. rooms were very quite and clean.

The guy was rude and refused to allow me to stay because I live in New Mexico. And stated it was in the policy when it wasn’t. I had to stay somewhere else in Farmington. Would like to have someone contact me in Expedia to reimbursed me my money

we are sorry for the misunderstanding. front desk explained the customer about the local policy as stated on the expedia " ''Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted; guests whose residence is within 33 mi (53.1 km) of the property will not be allowed to check in. guest mentioned that he would be inviting local guest at the property .this was against our hotel policy .explained this to the guest. rest everything is on the ct footage recorded.

New Mexico getaway.
First, before you book be prepared to put down a $100 deposit when you check in, is that hopefully you will get back a couple of days after you check out. Not very happy with that practice. The property owner was very nice, and we had several interesting conversations. On the upside, the hotel is in beautiful condition the room was spacious and very comfortable, everything was very clean, it had an outstanding hot breakfast every morning, and a guest laundry, which is coin operated two dollars per load. This property is on a major highway and is a good central location if you were visiting Aztec and Farmington. Close to museums and historic sites. The area is very quiet. The only thing near the hotel is a Pepsi warehouse. It is also just 16 miles from the northern edge, Navajo casino, which is a wonderful non-smoking facility with great restaurants.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey. we have talked to the management about this ..we have it all on cameras . you had four people in a room which you were told only 2 are allowed .and the reservation is for 2 people.***against the fire safety code to have four people in that room .but you didn't care. fd was never rude to you but only implemented the safety rules and policy . rude were those extra people you had with you .very bad parenting. if you are their parent .

Staff cold and not welcoming. Room not cleaned during stay. Asked for towels and was told they had no one to bring them to me. I had to get dressed to go down and get them. After I was dressed, someone did show up.

Nice stay for a night.
It's a nice hotel, but the rooms are tiny. Our room had a queen bed with about 1 foot on either side of it. The end of the bed was about a foot from the desk. The 2 of us couldn't walk past each other and were not big people. That being said if you're looking to stop for a night, it would be a good choice.

entire property is renovated new.full hot breakfast in the mornimg.rice and beans for breakfast? awesome!! massive outdoor pool and hot tub. beautiful backyard. also there is a grill outside petio for the hotel guest. it was very windy and rainy so could not get to enjoy the fire place.we will be back for it again.

great!! lovely outdoor pool. was not croweded at all . pool is well controlled only registered guest of the hotel are allowed at the pool. beautiful backyard . has a grill also . breakfast in the morning was great. front desk was very helpful .express check in /check out. rooms were very clean . looks like a newely renovated property. wifi was great.has a awesome stay

The man who checked us in was rude and threatened to report us to the state and fine us for having a support dog. Very unpleasant after a long day of travel. In the morning we found no hot water, only cold, and ants in the bathroom floor.

we checked you check inn at the front desk. and found out that you are only been made aware. the revised " service animal act also prohibits a person from misrepresenting an animal as service animal and provides penalties , including a fine and/or jail time. he clamed his support dog as service animal.service andimal does not include pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals or therapy animals , which do not perform task(s) related to an individuals disability.
