Googlemaps had an issue finding the property but after we found it, it was easy. Quick and easy checkin. Room is quite small but it was clean. Baden-Baden has a “spa” tax and guests must complete the form and submit the tax with cash or PayPal separately. Definitely a challenge if you don’t speak German!

Great stay!
The place was a bit smaller than I thought it would be but for one person it was fine. The toilet paper holder was broken but I emailed and they fixed it the day after.

Well appointed and very clean lol
Very close to the baths and parking was easy at the parking garage Owner was east to reach and helpful They called to let us know we left something in the room and we appreciated that very much!!

Locate in quite courtyard 3 min walk from hot baths and 4 min to main square for eating and shopping! Air conditioning is as great!

Difficult to find. Front door needs to be marked more clearly. No elevator. Room was small but cute. Bed just okay.

A nice stay!
Had an issue with receiving the check-in instructions from hotel.com. The check-in time in the message is also 2:30pm. Overall a really good stay. Close to the spa and bad.

Schöne Lage, das kleine funktionele Zimmer, passt gut für ein-zwei Übernachtungen. Irritierend fand ich die Preisliste für alle Gegenstände des Zimmers, sowas traf ich noch nirgendwo.

Hallo, lieben Dank für die tolle Bewertung und das Feed back. Wir legen viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und Hochwertige Produkte. So wurden viele Dinge speziell für unser kleines Haus in Handarbeit hergestellt. Auch verwenden wir ausschließlich Refill Behälter um weniger Müll zu produzieren. Leider wurden bevor wir die Preisliste eingeführt haben, viele Dinge mitgenommen - sicherlich aus Unwissenheit dass es Refill Produkte sind - so dass wir gezwungen waren eine Liste mit der entsprechenden Information auszulegen. Lebstverständlich steht während des Aufenthaltes alles kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Kaffe, Tee, Wasser. Unsere tollen Beauty Produkte mit Argan Öl.Herzliche GrüßeMaximilian

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral, gleich neben der Therme und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
