definitely not what was described.. we actually did not spend the night it was imposible it was freezing, rooms are more like for a camping ground type holiday.. very unhappy and was not able to get money back

Free Parking and Pleasant Stay !!!
My stay was pleasant free parking and wifi the conditions of the property could be updated and has so much potential. The area itself is quaint although I recommend driving out for more things to do and see e.g Orange.

Bungalow rooms next to a chateau
This is not so much a chateau hotel but rather a small holiday bungalow village next to a castle that serves as the restaurant. The rooms are simple but clean. Dinner on the castle terrace looks impressive, but the food quality was mixed, some tasty some outright bland and dry. The biggest problem was noise as an adjacent property was staging an open air concert. France legal noise limit is a rather late 1am, but the beat continued until about 6am making sleep difficult. This is supposedly an annual July occurrence, so my advice is to stay away or inquire with management. The area outside the hotel is an industrial zone, not really walkable and needs a car.

Fri 20/7 - Sat 21/7 and Sat 4/8 - Sun 5/8This is the fourth time that we've stayed here. Everything seems to be a little more run down this year than in past years. The staff seem to be dressed more scruffily. We asked for a replacement light bulb for a bedside light (really important as there is no central light in the rooms) and they didn't have one. The light in the passage between the loo and bathroom kept on flickering. They agreed to give us breakfast early on 5/8 because of the distance we had to travel that day, saying that the full range on offer wouldn't be available. In fact so little was available (last night's left over bread wasn't tempting) that we decided to skip breakfast altogether. We're looking for a different hotel for next year's overnight stops as a result.

Calme et apaisant
C’est dans un cadre idyllique et avec des températures très agréables que nous avons passé notre court séjour. Nous avons toutefois pu profiter de la piscine et goûter à l’excellente cuisine de votre restaurant. Le personnel est charmant. Notre accueil a été parfait et nos demandes ont été acceptées avec beaucoup de gentillesse. J’espère pouvoir revenir très vite.

Honnêtement perplexe
Sur le papier, rien a dire le sejour devait super bien se passer. En realité ça a été plus compliqué... Chambre pas tres propre, sans kit d'accueil, meme pas une petite bouteille d'eau, juste un lit et un bureau, une toute petite television que l'on ne voit pas depuis le lit, compteur électrique qui faisait un drôle de bruit, litterie inconfortable... Une piscine est disponible, mais au delà de certains consommateurs de canabis les pieds dans l'eau, les contours de la piscine sont vieillissant et cassant, j'ai faillis passer a travers le plancher... Aucune autre activité à part cette piscine n'est proposée (pas de promenade etc). Le restaurant est vraiment cher pour de l'industriel, aucune specialités, les sauces avaient passé de date depuis 3 mois, vraiment déçu. Le potentiel est enorme et je pense qu'ils doivent vraiment mettre le paquet quand ils organisent les mariages mais pour un court séjour je ne le conseillerai pas. Nous en avons fait part au personnel mais sans aucune solutions ni geste commercial. Nous n'y retournerons pas.
